"The place is really clean i saw cleaners cleaning all the common area and they change bedsheets and clean room as per request. The location is very strategic as its near JR shinimamiya and subway shinimamiya and Dobutsuen mae subway station. Nearby 24 hrs grocery store ,family mart, daiso, don quijote and Tsutenkaku tower and osaka zoo. Staff is very friendly. i have stayed in many guesthouse in this area and i would say this is the best. For those saying the place is dangerous that is not true!!!! There might be some homeless people here but they are very old people which are not even capable of doing any harm to you. This is japan hahaha (not a 3rd world country) so it is safe everywhere i even walk late night here and its very safe in general in all parts of japan. Newly renovated lobby and small restaurant and takoyaki and ice cream shop has recently opened within the building. This place is best for budget and solo traveler. P.S. be aware there are some inconsiderate guests that will bang there room door even during sleeping hours (Koreans and Chinese are the most inconsiderate guests."

"The overall experience was fantastic. The room was clean, and the hotel was new. The water temperature and pressure was good in the bathroom. It was like a minute walk from the subway station. Staff was friendly. It was just a really good experience in general. The only concern for some people might be the room was a little bit small, but that's pretty much a given for a hotel in Osaka at this price range. "

"I was fine, and the price was actually great but it was a bit far away. You should be careful if you have lots of heavy bags and see it's only 2 min walk. It's 2 min walk from the closest exit to the hotel. Since Shin-Osaka station is very big, depending on which train you're using, it could be a long way before you reach to the nearest exit to the hotel. Just check the map first. As long as you are not rushing, the room was great. "

"When I get to the hotel in Osaka,it's very convinent for me to use every facility in this hotel ,only except of the washing machine.Too many people need to use that machine, directly makes this kind of service unavaliable.I suggest you put the washing and drying machine out of the spring room ,no matter men and women both can use it.It has two kinds of advance. Fist,it can makes more machines avaliable at the same time;second,it can makes everyone get the chance to wash or dry their clothes."

"It was nice. Everything appeared to be almost new. We tried the breakfast (for an additional fee since we didn't avail through agoda). It was nice, not much choices compared to other hotels. But they also served ice cream and a variety of drinks. But we really liked the location as it was very walkable from Shin Osaka Station, which will connect you easily to the airport, kobe, kyoto, and tokyo directly. The area also connects you to main shopping areas in Osaka through Midosuji line and easy transfer to the osaka loop… Highly recommend this if you have the above requirements for your travel in Osaka… PS. The bathroom area is very very small, as with other "budget" hotels in Japan. If you need a bigger bathroom maybe a 5 star hotel will provide it."

"The hotel is across the umeda airport limousine station so very convenient for airport drop-off and pick-up. It is adjacent to subway station for midosuji, hankyu and JR lines making means of transportation convenient. It is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. Staff at front desk are very courteous, can understand and speak English and helpful. Rooms are very clean and bigger than usual compared with other hotels in Osaka. They have repacking / weighing room in the lobby which is very useful and convenient after last minute shopping. The only downside in this hotel room is that you can hear the sound of trains leaving the umeda station. Sound is tolerable and not irritating though."

"Super easy from to/from KIX as u no need to worry about elevators when you carry the luggage. Just go to left side of Namba Nankai station main exit and cross intersection. You will see the Family Mart, Hotel lobby is on second floor. When go to Kyoto/Nara/Himeji/Kobe, suggest using subway to Shin-Osaka. Have to pay a bit (¥280) but It’s easier than use Osaka loop line. The exit of subway, you can use both exit 7 (nearest) and8. Hotel already provide the luggage weight scale at lobby, no need to bring you own portable one."

"This hotel is located very close to Osaka JR station (5 mins walk) as well as Umeda subway. The location is very convenient. It is also centrally located in Umeda, a prime shopping area of Osaka. Hotel cleanliness is good but the corridor has some cigarette odor smell... The room is compact size but this is to be expected from mid range hotel in Japan anyway. Hotel has surprisingly great selection of breakfast and it's a buffet also (1,000 Yen per head only) which is very convenient. I would anyone staying at this hotel to eat here for breakfast as restaurants around the hotel open quite late. All in all, this was a great stay for our family and we would definitely stay here if we were to visit Japan again."
