Tiberias hotels & places to stay

Good people work here, who care about their customers. Hugely helpful in helping us with dinner, great breakfast, social time and transportation to nearby Jordan border. Hotel location is perfect for Tiberias.

Very clean and authentically well decorated. Low key. I would return. Good base to explore Galilee. Tiberias itself is tired and tacky, but this property stands out as positively memorable. Easy parking across the street.

it's close to the Galilee beach, but the room is a little hot in summer, because the air condition is not cool enough.

it was my second time going to tiberias. the hotel is quite cheap although they don't serve breakfast. the facilities are ok. the location is excellent which is just besides the old city and beach. the kineret lake could also be seen from the room if you are lucky. i would recommend this hotel if you don't have a lot of money and don't care so much about the facilities...

We enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Plaza. It was a great location to roam the town and to venture out to other areas arond the Sea of Galilee. There is no shortage of malls and roadside stalls and restaurants around the hotel's vicinity.

This is a beautiful place with clean spacious rooms and great food. However, the price is a little too high. I don't know if I would come back to this place just because of the price they charge for the room and the buffets. Otherwise, I loved the atmosphere and to view to the Sea of Galilee.

Kinneret Village is well located if you have independent transport. Within easy reach of the bustling city of Tiberias, relaxing beaches of the Sea of Galilee and many places of historic and spiritual significance. Our hosts were kind, friendly and helpful; the cabin clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Perfect zimmer for couple, family or group with good sized rooms, generous breakfast (for additional fee), swimming pool and jacuzzi. The place has a nice atmosphere, thanks to gracious hosts (thanks, Michal), good location and thoughtful design.

Three of us stayed at Avigails outside of Tiberias for a wonderful two days. The rooms were in excellent conditions, the hosts are wonderful accommodating people. The biggest room of this little hotel might not be the cheapest option in town - but it's definitely worth the price! Beside the nice furniture & great extras, such as a whirlpool, the view over the terrace to the lake is magnificent. On top of that, the very helpful host provides you with a bottle of excellent wine :-)

We thought we booked a budget hotel for an over night stay, and were happy and surprised to discover we were wrong when we 'be found the hotel beautifully renovated. We were looking for a cheap price to stay, but it still wasn't worth the money. Uncomfortable, not really clean, everything very used. On top we had no warm water and had totake cold showers. Placed far away from Tiberias Center, so don't go if you don't have a car.

Had a hotel in another city that was noisy, and it was a joy to have restful sleep. But events unfolded which we did not expect, as I had to be admitted to hospital via ambulance. Pros: 1. good location in city center of Tiberias 2. clean and cozy room 3.good shower Cons: 1. the staff told me they only have one hair dryer for the hotel. When someone got it, you cant have that. RIDICULOUS!! 2. the bed is too soft and uncomfortable 3. the water boiler was dirty and you wont use it
