"For $70 a night I had a king size bed in a separate bedroom, fridge, microwave, 2 tvs, large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean although maybe some rooms might not have the same view. It is VERY clean. The air conditioner worked great for the bedroom but if you want the whole apartment to be freezing it's not strong enough. There is a safe in the room. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. Scrambled eggs, bacon, many kind of breads, cakes, cheeses, fruits, coffee. No problems parking out front. The beach is right across the street. It has a pool and gym that I never used or saw because I love the beach. Plenty of restaurants, drug stores, a supermarket within walking distance. Many people in Vitoria do not speak English. There was always someone at the hotel with a working knowledge of English but sometimes not quite fluent. I speak no Portuguese. CONS: no self service laundry room but a somewhat pricey laundry service is available. Iron from front desk only, no board. "
