The hotel across from TP.. the room isn't big, but the bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 child aged 5.. the bathroom is clean too.. it's definitely worth it if you like staying in the city center, just cross over to TP, next to it there's a McDonald's, Richeese..

“Lokasi untuk shopping, makan dan senang dapat Grabcar”
Lokasi lumayan bagus, opposite Tunjungan Plaza. Ada lift, water heater, kettle, water dispenser (every level). Dari cleo hotel ke Tunjungan Plaza ada jejantas pejalan kaki (ada fasiliti lift di jejantas mudah untuk orang tua) 200m dekat sahaja. Grabcar mudah didapati di kawasan hotel, saya book Grabcar jam 2.30am untuk ke bandara hanya tunggu 3minit sahaja. Receptionist 24hrs, sekiranya tiada apps Grabcar, boleh minta receptionis book bluebird taxi. Di hotel ada perkhidmatan express laundry (siap laundry 3jam paling cepat) atau laundry biasa (siap 6-8jam). Baju diambil dan dihantar di depan pintu kamar. Bilik sempit, untuk bagasi dan ruang solat. Tiada iron/seterika. Boleh buat pilihan bayar cash semasa check-in.

Cleo Hotel is located in a very strategic place, right in front of Tunjungan, so if you want to go to Tunjungan, you just need to walk a little and cross the bridge to get there.
