Clean, very spacious rooms that are great value for the price. I’ve stayed at many hotels near Hakata Station but by far this is the best deal you’ll find. And the location? It is practically attached to the Hakata Station, biggest station for all your train & shinkansen needs in Kyushu along w/vast dinning & shopping options .

The hotel location is superb, just outside the train station. The lobby has a pachiko that when you enter you can smell cigar smoke but once inside the hotel, no more cigar smoke. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor. The design of the room is quite outdated, if they will replace the tiles inside the room with wood or plain cement finish much better. The strong water supply in the bathroom.

1. The hotel is no more than 100 meters from the Hakata Station, very close. 2. All around are restaurants, coffee, conveniet stores, buses, JR Express, Shikansen. 3. The room is big and with a massage chair. 4. The staff are quite warm and well serviced.

Location and Room space give it an edge”
It’s my nth stay at Clio Court, and it is always among my top options when in Hakata. It is literally just a few steps from the Chikusi exit gate. And while most business hotels will have a cubicle for a room, Clio welcomes you with its spacious rooms. Never mind if sometimes there’s a huge post in the middle of the room; at least you can easily move around, and even have a sofa inside. If there’s one area for continuous improvement it’s upgrading its breakfast buffet spread. Clio Court is an “old reliable” in a positive sense, and it still has my vote of confidence.

It was the best decision we made to stay in Clio Court..even though it was an old hotel. Location was excellent ..linked to Hakata station,rooms,toilet were large by Japanese standards.Breakfast was good,everything you need is in the rooms.A huge array of shopping available in Hakata station...amazing number of food and restaurants..Easy bus ride to canal city mall.. which is really a short walking distance.and easy subway connection to Tenjin shopping area. A few steps away are the meeting point for the tour bus companies.Even though it’s an old hotel ,cleanliness was superb and staff were very efficient.In closing. I would never hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone if they are visiting Fukuoka..it’s reasonably priced and Super value for money..

I would recommend Tenjin area, but the room itself is very good. A bit hot sometimes. Rooms are usually very tiny in Japan but it is the biggest room I ever stayed. Just next to Hakata metro, very convenient.

Excellent location. 3 beds in the room. Very spacious, nice bathroom. Beds were a bit hard and only one pillow per bed. But overall this place and location was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

out from the exit door of Hakata Station, you will find this hotel on your right. During stay there, my dad got sick and we asked about international hospital to go. But the one that he recommend has no one speak english, then we need to go to another one again and again. Better to have well information before informing the guest. Overall was good, room size, staff check in and out.. They allowed us to borrow wheelchair with complimentary. Good choice
