Best place in Yangon and best service ”
This place is a true gem in Yangon. Totally quiet at night and the best service you could wish for! Room: We booked the smallest room but it was big enough for us. There could just be more hooks or wardrobes for your cloth. The bathroom was bigger than I expected and everything was very clean and made a high quality impression. Place: The Hotel itself is very nice and green and is like a little oasis in the big city. There is even a little chillout platform in a tree where you can hang out. As the road is very small and the surrounding very nice the place is very quiet. Service: We have to say thank you for being supported so nice by the people of cloud 10! Thanks to the support and the nice explanations of the cloud 10 team we discovered Yangon by taxi, bus and on foot and we got a lot of very good hints how to get around. Every wish we expressed was fulfilled and even more! We even could use showers and the nice chillout zone on our last day until we left late evening.

I have been visiting Yangon very often for the past few years, and I had been trying out different places to stay every time I visited Yangon until I discovered this very special location in the beginning of this year (2018). The place is nice, quiet and very clean. The experience and services from the hotel staffs have been exceptional every time. I have been staying here ever since (about 5 times till date). Their environment and hospitality from the staffs allow me to feel like this is a home away from home. In additional, I have gotten the opportunities to get to know many members from the hotel after several stays, and I am very impressed and excited to hear their passions towards their roles. They do go the extra distance to learn and listen to the feedback from their guests in order to ensure their guests feel welcome, warm, and comfortable. Overall, this is just a great place with a wonderful group of people. A big “THANK YOU!” from me as an individual and a hotel guest.

Nice hotel, good location, good price”
We stayed there one night, the room was nice and clean. The staff was very very friendly. The only bit negativ what I can say is that the rooms have only one window, bathroom no window, but anyway we went there only for sleeping. The hotel is very close and in walking distance to the amazing Shwedagon-Pagoda. All in all it was a good and nice stay. I would book definitely again this hotel.

This supposed to be a quiet place situated along a small road but the dogs barking and howling especially in middle of the night, and also crows noise in the early morning has made the sleep become not that pleasant. Room is a bit small, does not have a sitting area. There's no proper luggage storage also. Toilet shower area water flow to most part of the toilet because of without proper divider to block the water flow out. Is a good place to walk to the Golden Pagoda within 15 - 20 minutes or either watch and admire the grand Pagoda from distance at the main road about 5 - 10 minutes from the hotel. There's also a lake park on the way to the Pagoda for leisure walk or exercise. Hotel staff are friendly and attend to guest's enquiry and provide necessary assistance. Dinning area can be further developed to be a cosy area for guests' relaxation.

It was great the service goes to great lengths to please very good instincts. My hats off to the GM. only problem is the water in the shower not that hot. Also only one window but the rooms are pretty perfect otherwise. Like a Singapore black and white house. Very nice.

Estuvimos aquí dos noches ! Nos recogieron en aeropuerto por un muy buen precio , muy amable el personal no hablan muy bien Ingles , el hotel es nuevo y muy chulo, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas , limpias , nuevas la cama nueva muy cómoda el baño típico birmano en el suelo pero nuevo , amenices toallas nuevas albornoz y sandalias , tienen secador de pelo y nevera y agua de cortesía todos los días nuestra habitación tenía una terraza con chispee muy bonita pero claro bagan con repelente para mosquitos .. el desayuno es uno de los peñones puntos que le doy a este hotel! Ya borre las fotos :para empezar de menú ,solo 3 elecciones- americano- uveo y una l’on hora de baicon- y una cucharadita de frijoles .Frances una loncha de pan mantequilla mermelada y un Maffin (creo) luego la otra una omelette y un würstel mini.. yo no puedo comer nada de eso pedí fruta y me trajeron dos lonchitas de fruta y tuve que aguantar mediodía , porque si pides mal te miran pero muy mal el the y late con contagotas( creo que tienen que cambiar y revisar su política del desayuno visto su precio) ,no es centricipero lo elegimos por esto esta en una zona bastante silenciosa y en taxi con 4000 estás en todos lados !por la mañana temprano hay niños llorando y gritando quizás hay una guardería Justo al lado) Lo recomiendo si perfeccionaran algunas cosas en relación al precio y su categoría y sopretodo al desayuno y ser más abiertos

호텔 스텝들 매우 친절하고 침구는 깨끗했으나 다른 호텔들보다 왠지 방이 불편했다. 욕실의 물빠짐이 시원하지 않았고, 캐리어를 놓고 물건을 정리하기에도 불편하고, 모기도 다른 어떤 호텔들보다 많았다. 식당은 수생식물을 이용하여 매우 아담하게 꾸며져 있었으나 너무 작았고, 주문을 하고 나온 조식은 한마디로 볼품이 없었다. 과일은 조금 있었으나, 포크로 집으면 허물어질 정도로 신선도가 떨어졌고, 싸구려 소시지와 정성이 부족한 오물릿, 감자튀김, 커피가 전부였다. 내가 미얀마에서 11일간 머무르는 동안 가격대비 가장 비싸고 좋지 않았다. 후기에 좋은 평점을 준 사람들을 이해할 수가 없다.
