Nice hotel but weird rules. After check out you can't stay at the pool - we have asked politely . to be there another hour and got refused Also, prices on Agoda/ Booking were higher than booking directly with the hotel.

Filthy, the was not cocked well , the staff didn’t have safety measures for the Geistes, there was too much noise , and every thing was messy , the furniture was very old , over all it was very bad experience !!!!

다만, 수영장 운영이 미숙합니다. 저녁 6시까지 운영한다고 했지만 그 전에 들어가려 하니 막았습니다. 뭔가 운영하는게 어설픕니다. 수영장 시설이 낙후된 느낌입니다. 룸 컨디션은 좋습니다. 아이 둘이랑 지내기 적당했습니다. 숙소 진입로가 이상해서 갈릴리 관광 후 숙소로 복귀할 때 꽤 돌아가는 느낌이 있습니다.

בראש ובראשונה רוצה לשבח את מונדר מנהל קלאב הוטל טבריה אישיות ענקית. עשה כל שביכולתו על מנת להנעים את זמננו הגענו כזוג לנפוש שישי שבת .בין התאריכים 19.5 עד 20.5 מרגע כניסתנו למלון קיבלנו יחס חם ולבבי מכל עובד שעבר לידנו עד לעובד שטיפל בנו , המלון מדהים והאווירה בו חמה ואישית , החדרים בו גדולים ומרווחים, נקיים ונוחים מאוד. הארוחות מעולות - אכלנו ארוחת ערב עשירה ומפנקת והמנות טעימות במיוחד. הצוות במלון ראוי לשבח. הם עשו כל שביכולתם על מנת להנעים את זמננו במלון ולעזור בכל בקשה/ שאלה שהיתה לנו. רוצה לציין לשבח את מונדר שוב המנהל שבלעדיו החופשה הייתה נראת אחרת ! היחס החם והאישי באמת לא מובן מאליו .. עד לרמה שהוא יצא וטיפל אישית על מנת שנהנה בשהותנו במלון. לא נתקלתי ביחס כזה באף מלון אחר בעולם . מעבר לכך שצצה לנו בעיה שלא קשורה אליו והוא לא הרפה לרגע (ותפעל את כל הצוות המסור) עד לפתרון הבעיה . נתן לנו אירוח יוצא דופן בארוחת שישי וקבלת פנים אדיבה וחמה .כולל שבת... בכבוד רב והארחה מאחלים אמירה וג'וני פיק

השירות שווה זהב ”

היינו משפחה 10 אנשים בוגרים לקחתי 4 חדרים,החדרים היו סוויטות שעברו שיפוץ והיו נוחות ומושלמת, קרתה תקלה בחשמל בכל הקומה ומשעה 5:30 בבוקר ללא מזגן, כמובן שהתלוננו שאין מזגן רק בחלק הפנימי של החדר היה( המזגן מפוצל לשני חדרים) הם באמת השתדלו לתת מענה לכל האורחים, אנחנו קיבלנו פיצוי,ארוחת צהריים לכולם ופינוי עד 20:00 ובנוסף הביאו לנו לחדר עוגה גדולה מהקונדיטוריה ואבטיח,אז לסיכום המלון בכללותו מעט ישן,החדרים עצמם נהדרים, והשירות מדהים, כל מה שביקשנו לחדר קיבלנו מענה תוך 5 דקות, מגבות,,סבונים וכו׳ כן הייתי חוזרת שוב למרות שאנשים תמיד ימצאו משהו לומר, תודה רבה על השירות והיחס

יקר מאוד יחסית למה שמקבלים”

עלה לנו 4 אש"ח ללילה אחד בסופ"ש כולל ארוחת ערב + בוקר. במחיר הזה אפשר למצוא מלנות ברמה הרבה יותר גבוה. מכיוון שהילדים היו מרוצים וצוות העובדים היה מאוד נחמד לא אאריך ולא אפרט דברים שלא היו לשביעות רצוני. סה"כ מלון בסדר, במחיר של מלון 5 כוכבים.
