Good location, best customer service, great value for money”
Apart from location, hotel facilities and cleanliness of the room, one thing highly commendable are the hotel staff. - I came by 12nn to leave my luggage and be back for check-in but I was told that my room is ready and I can already check-in. This is awesome. Most hotels/hostels will let you wait until 3pm even the room is already available. - The hotel staff always talk and greet you with a smile. They are very approachable and helpful. - Very smooth check in and check out process The room is neat. I love even the smell of the towel knowing that it is clean. My room was also made up the next day even without request. This to me is extra point. Other hotels will only clean the room upon advise, I also had an encounter in other hotel where they only clean the room/ replace the towel if number of nights is 3 or more. Value for money. With the price I paid, I got good quality service, nice hotel room with complimentary breakfast. Maybe one thing to note is to improve being responsive to email inquiry. I tried to send an email prior my arrival to ask for directions but I did not get a reply. But overall, it was an awesome stay and highly recommended :)

Great location, close to metro, youre in Stockholm city in 15min, lot cheaper than hotels in centrum, dine rooms in a quiet area. Depending on the room, you can hear the local kindergarten in the week days, probably the only downside we experienced

Unbelievable bad”
Room without window and no own ventilation. 4 sqm. Decided to not stay in this hole and ask for money back which was refused. Ridiculous! Be careful there. Also was yelled at from the manager. A total nogo!!!

Small but good value for money ”
We were a bit shocked that there were no windows, but as we were just sleeping there it turned out fine and the sun didn't wake up. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Value for money stay in Stockholm! ”
My stay at the Connect Hotel was an enjoyable experience. Although the location was a bit far from Stockholm City, the distance was manageable, and the train ride was convenient. What really stood out for me was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were professional, super friendly, and accommodating, and the breakfast selection was simply awesome. While the hotel amenities were basic, they were just enough to meet my needs. The value for money was just right, and I felt that I got my money's worth. Overall, I had a great time at the Connect Hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Stockholm.

Economic rooms don't have window and if door are closed. Very hot & dry inside room.... difficult to adjust if room door closed. Requested to control the temperature inside room.... reception was not able to address the issue. Otherwise break fast is good.

Très déçue par rapport au fait que j’ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant (gratuit de 0 à 12 ans). Pas de lit d’appoint (obligé de dormir à terre) et pas de serviettes de toilette pour l’enfant. Il manque également un tapis de bain pour la sortie de douche. Arrivé à 9h30 au petit déjeuner et plus de confiture. Le lait ne peut être chauffé, uniquement froid.

Ótimo custo benefício”
Ficamos em um quarto que não possuía janelas, mas não chegou a ser um problema pois passamos bastante tempo visitando a cidade e não no hotel. As camas eram confortáveis. O banheiro, apesar de compartilhado, bastante limpo e poucas vezes com fila de espera. O café da manhã com uma variedade boa de opções! Caminhada de 5min até a estação de trem e paradas de ônibus na porto do hotel, muito fácil a locomoção!

Bra boende men dålig bokning via Agoda”
När vi bokade via Agoda fick vi ingen info om vilken typ av rum som bokades. Infon vi fick var att "Rumstyp bestäms vid ankomst". Bilderna som visades på hemsidan var från deras större Standard rum. När vi kom till hotellet blev vi satta i ett "Quick sleep" rum men en våningssäng och mindre än en meter mellan säng och vägg. Receptionen var väldigt hjälpsam och flyttade oss till ett standard rum men boka ej via Agoda om ni inte får bekräftelse på vilken typ av rum ni kommer få.

Ingen städning, inte ens tömning av soptunnorna. Med blöjbarn är det inte så kul. Handdukarna byts inte heller och begränsad möjlighet att hänga upp dom för tork. Duschen är värdelös då det endast finns en duschvägg, hela toan blir i princip blöt när man duschar klart som man sen får torka med förslagsvis en av sina handdukar som inte byts ut. Våningssängen fick vi även bädda själva när vi kom. Bor man några nätter är det inte kul att inte få det städat.
