very friendly & clean, tho gets noisy through the night”

Great location to get around and explore Copenhagen. Very friendly staff & clean rooms. Stood to nights here during the week & I unfortunately didn't get much sleep due to loud noise literally all through the night from outside. The room had a window which is nice and really needed for proper sleep I find (always having the window open) tho - the place in front of the hostel goes wild non stop it seems. Keep this in mind when you're up for a good nights rest - maybe ask for a room at the other side pointing away from the "main plaza" thingi in front. Apart from that - nice hostel, nice bar/lounge/dining area tho no kitchen to prepare your own meals! Staff will help you out tho if u ask nicely :-)! Thanks

Typical low budget backpacker hostel”

I stayed for one night on my transit. I had the feeling of staying with a bunch of long term guests...unlucky the roommates were not caring a lot to be silent during the night but that's not the issue of the hostel. Still it would make more sense to me to book the long term maybe separated from the short term guests...anyway it is a typical young backpacker hostel with a bar/reception. Fun if you are into drink,dance,sing and shout 😀 and see this as your free exploration. In my room the noices of the bar were low what was fine. Rooms and shower were clean. No kitchen.

Very good for the value, helpful staff and a nice bar/restaurant on the ground floor as well. Very central and convenient. But it is a hostel after all

Close to clock tower”

Clock ringing every 15mins before midnight, so if u try to get some sleep it is not possible. You can go to the bar downstairs instead. Cleanliness was alright. What could u expect when you sharing the showers with many other people. The location is great~ Lockers cost quite alot though, maybe due to the location? We spend the other nights at another hostel which storage was free.

A Hostel experience”

This is a hostel for young or fit traveler. I had a bunk bed which is quite tough to climb up. It is noisy at night but bearable. I chose it for its location and cost. It is close to the Main Shopping Street and the City Hall Square where most things happens. Staff were helpful. Not suitable for Seniors who are unfit.

Best for solo or young travelers. ”

I traveled with my 6 yr old and stayed at double bunk bed room. Sleeping in the bunk was an adventure for her. Room is tiny with many hooks a chair and a small desk-shelf that was starting to come off the wall. Common bathrooms are small but mostly clean. I saw them cleaning them twice a day. Small elevator reached the fifth floor, but not the sixth floor where we stayed. Did not see any other family staying here during my two day stay. There seemed to be many young people who gathered to socialized and smoke at the cafe downstairs.

Its in the middle of the town. Everything is near. You meet alot of travellers and make friends Worth staying here

Hotel manager refused to cancel/refund reservation, lost the money. The room was very noisy.”

The room was very noisy, facing the street where a music festival was taking place. Had to cancel the reservation, management refused the refund, had to pay again and getanother room on another hotel (Hotel Nebo) This hotel is totally not recommended.

Dirty sheets ”

Would not recommend hostel even though location is good. Toilets and showers were not as clean as they should be. One of the bedsheets in our room had a big brown stain on it, not sure how the staff did not see this stain while cleaning the room. Would unfortunately not recommend this place even though staff were nice and bikes were good price for renting.

Good service but quite far”

The service is great. The hostel is pretty and close to National Museum. Yet it’s not easy to find from central train station.

The room is really small and the heater didn't function well at the first two day.After sent message to staff ,they fixed the heater immediately.

Bad hostel in good location”

They play music 24 seven all day long ...never turn it off. Dorms are smelling bad, many broken parts in all toilets they have, and they didn't fix it during my five days of stay.. Check out is too early, already at 10 am . It's a long waiting time for laundry, man waits for to get it's turn at least one day...it costs 9 euro which is too much. Loundry program they use in order to save money is only thirty minutes washing and thirty minutes drying.... so clothes remain dirty. Forks, knives, spoons and glasses are noticeably dirty, and they know it but no-one reacts.

清潔だった！キッチンはないけどバーが併設されていて、ごはんも食べれるし、ルームメイトと飲みに行ったりできて楽しかった。私は最上の6階でしたが、シャワーはだいたいお湯が出なくて、5階のを使ってました。
