Very nice hotel with good service and clean rooms. Location close to the Airport and 20-30 mins to city center. Rich breakfast, spa area and nice indoor bar with view over Addis.

Initial suite was unavailable, so they tried to downgrade my friend and I. Then they tried to move us into one suite. Both times not offering any refund or discount. One room ended up having very wet carpet and smelt terrible. So many things within the rooms not working. Every order of food took a really long time and was poor quality. Room was neat and had ample space. No air-conditioning in the hotel but Addis Ababa is cool all year round. Bathroom is usable. Good supply of hot water. Breakfast was good. Staff that was there was great! I had an issue with my phone charger and they helped me take care of it right away even though it was VERY late at night. My bed was comfortable for the one night that I was there. Wish I could have stayed for breakfast to check that out - had to leave early in the morning.

Good value for the price and a good location for the visitor to Addis Ababa. Short drive to the Airport and in the middle of many restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet is excellent and a mix of Ethiopian and western options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As a bonus, Café Rigel, directly across the street has the best lattes I have ever had.

Great hotel in Addis with lovely, helpful staff. It’s a basic hotel with everything you need in a great location. Good value for money.

Airport transfers wqerge included in the room cost as we're airport transfers. The staff were all very friendly and have 24 hr room service, the food was excellent.. I was traveling with two small children and felt very safe!

I traveled to Addis Ababa for day visit. The hotel, the employees or staff were great …. Excellent. The restaurant food was delicious. Very quiet hotel, had a great view of the city and quick access to the markets. I will return and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is clean, staff is very helpful. The location is quite difficult to find as its not on main road, so make use of the airport shuttle they provide.

Good hotel for the price, given that everything else in Addis is over priced. One caveat, hotel is next door to a large Mosque so, depending upon the Muezzen, you get melody or malady at 5 AM. Close enough to the Taitu Hotel and the Piazza that with a couple blocks of walking you are where you need to be for either business, museums, or some good restaurants. Very odd ...

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Airport shuttle is probably the only plus - when the staff are willing to offer it. This hotel was clean, there was decent food, but it is not safe for ladies. Street local guys can easily enter and bother women. I have nothing against decent locals, I am talking about street guys who try to get some money from tourists or to pick up a western woman. Once a bunch of them entered the hotel restaurant and started bothering me. I had to leave. Same story...

Honey Land Hotel, staff, and Lilibella has been my best experience while traveling through Ethiopia (5 weeks). The staff at the hotel are kind, generous and go out of the way to please their customers. The hotel facilities are great . In addition the hotel provides tours to the local attractions at a good price.

This lodge is great except 2 things; 1)Wifi cannot be used in your room, 2)The tour guide who was introduced is expensive.

Great hotel with good location and fantastic views from the room and breakfast terrace. Restaurant serves good food. The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially the manager, Mr Shime. Mr Shime takes extra effort to ensure that my transport arrangements from Lalibela to Addis is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
