Great value for money with friendly staff ”

I was in Phnom Penh for work and stayed at the Cozy Boutique Hotel for one week. The hotel is great value for money, my room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for s comfortable stay. The pool and pool area are small but was good to be able to cool off after being it and about all day in the hot Cambodian weather. Staff were great too - friendly and helpful. Supermarket on the corner of the street and lots of eating places around. I would recommend this hotel as a budget option in a great location.

We travel to Phnom Penh every month for our son's monthly dental appointments, and we stay at Cozy Boutique Hotel every time. The staff are very accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable, and it's in the center of Boeung Keng Kong 1, surrounded with a variety of restaurants. It's also close to the Russian Market, just a $2 tuktuk ride away.

Intended to only stay one night”

Traveling back to Phnom Penh and wanted to find a hotel in BKK-1. Was going to be in Phnom Penh for a week but as travel was not planned I needed to book something immediately. Booked this hotel before the flight and arrived a few hours later. The hotel is small (cozy) but the staff very friendly. The very small dining room cooked one of the best western breakfasts I have had in a while. I exteended my sty for the remainder of the week.

Lives Up to Its Name”

This tucked away stay certainly feels cozy, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Late sleepers should bring earplugs as it abuts a Kindergarten campus. It is very close to a number of good restaurants: Japanese, Myanmar, Indonesian, Chinese and Khmer. The pool is petite and strictly for cooling off; it doesn't get any sunlight during the day so it stays at a 'refreshing' temperature. As a former long-term resident of Phnom Penh, I found the location perfect for access to all that I wanted to do.

Perfect Location”

The place is perfect for us because it's near the restaurants like burger king. KFC, Carl's Jr, Gloria Jeans and so many more. The staff are very welcoming. Will definitely go back on this Hotel Boutique on my next visit in Phnom Penh.

Excellent Staff”

We only had a one night stop at Cozy Boutique Hotel and the staff were excellent. We had to catch a taxi at 6am and staff were up early to help us and even organised some breakfast for us. Location was great for a good choice of restaurants. Would stay here again.

Great Price, Great Location!”

Cozy is in the heart of the hip BKK1 district, where one will be spoilt for choice for good international food and entertainment. There is a well-stocked 24 hour super-mart diagonally across the lane from the hotel, a rarity in PP. The hotel itself has a small pool (5 m) good enough for a soak after a dusty day out in the city. I was unfortunate to have the last double-bedder in the establishment... the room (115) behind which has a window facing a service alley. A bit noisy, especially on rainy nights, but for the price I paid, I can't really complain. Great bed, strong shower, in-room safe, mini-bar and coffee-tea making facilities.

If you are looking for Accommodation in heart of Phnom Penh, this is the place for you. And it's cheap too.

Nice clean and small hotel”

Small hotel, it deserves a 2 or 3 stars. No breakfast, pool really small but nice, the staff is really nice and helpful. I gave some laundry to them, when it came back it was smelling really nice but I realized it was not really clean... The room à was really spacious and clean, with a safe, a minibar. The bathroom is like everywhere in Asia, small and one same place for toilets and bathroom, no real shower. The location is OK, not really close to any attraction but it's easy and cheap to get a local remork to go to main attractions. Overall good value for money, even if the common areas are a bit different from the impression the photos gives.

Clean, affordable, great location”

After living in Cambo for a few years I already know the price for this hotel is great considering its central location for night life and shopping. As well as the clean and modern facilities. The overal vibes are true to the name and it really does feel cozy and homey too.

Very decent hotel with very nice staff”

Maybe it is all about the Cambodia. People there are generally nice and helping. The any staff in that hotel were ready to help you for anything, I guess. Location is good enough. Room condition was very clean with strong water pressure. There are a safe too. I bought a bus ticket to Siem Reap there at the front, with free pick-up to the terminal. Overall, it is a very good hotel.

Very nice and cozy!”

The location of the hotel is close to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (10 minutes walking), there is a market on the corner and several restaurants around. The room is large and comfortable, the shower is great and the wifi too. There is an electric thermos in the room and staff replenishes coffee and tea daily. The pool area is also nice! I had a great time there.

Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpfull”

Really nice place, not too many people, had my laundry washed each day for free, staff let me have late breakfast, free wifi all over hotel, small pool, but nice to cool off in the afternoon! A little out of town, but $3 in a tuk tuk, or I had a bike wich you can rent from hotel 125cc $10 per day. Room verry clean with free toiletries, fridge and water. Staff booked my boats busses, etc, let me store luggage for 1 week while I whent to sihanookville, parked my bike and where helpful with directions etc, always happy and smiling, thank you will return again

Great hotel”

Great hotel very good price staff really nice.room was cleaned everyday. Only negative was a bit far away from everything but all in all great hotel good value for money

Nice stay in Phnompenh center”

I planned to swim but the pool not working at night. If can swim until 9pm much better. And very small incovenience is next to the Primary school then a little bit noisy morning time. Others are ok. Will recommend my friends.

As the name suggests!”

Small cozy hotel, well worth the value. The only complaint might be the mosquitoes. The location is excellent with so many choices for food and quite a few convenient stores located around.

I've stayed here multiple times just for a chill weekend, and the location is mainly why I stay here. It is within walking distance of many delicious food places. There is a Korean restaurant and Japanese restaurant on the same street. There's even a 24-hour mart on the same street. It is also fairly close to Central Market (only a tuktuk ride away) for shopping. The staff is super nice and super accommodating to guests. The rooms themselves are fairly clean, and I've never felt that it was dirty or unkept. The wifi is also not bad. Some rooms do not have strong air conditioning, however. No elevator as well, so it may be difficult for individuals with a lot of luggage.
