Great service from all staff. We forgot a dress and they offered to send it to us by post. They called back to say they would bring it as they were coming to Phuket anyway. Breakfast was plentiful. Rooms were worth the money. When we went down for dinner, we forgot our masks and went back to the room to get them. While waiting, a staff member came to ask about the masks and we told them we forgot them and were getting them. They quickly went to get masks for us and didn't let us go without. They really care about everything, even our bags. Very cute. Will definitely stay again 👍🏻💖

We spent 8 nights at this resort to kick off our Thailand tour. Its location is far enough from the bustle of the centre but not too far to make it a hassle to go downtown. Good balance. A few beaches are within walking distance (Tritan and Freedom beaches - both calm, quiet, and clean). There’s a big convenience store (7/11) within a 3 min walk which is a great plus (just make sure you understand the area well as the resort is on a hill and is quite big, so there are paths that are more direct/easier than others). The resort is clean and the facilities are nice. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The infinity pool is very nice. Breakfast buffet was OK, but certainly not a highlight. You won’t be hungry, but you won’t be delighted by the quality of the food. The only constructive comment is around transportation. The hotel charges around 70% extra for the privilege of calling you a cab. I understand that they need to make money, but it’s one of those things that make the guest experience feel exploitive. They would also make trouble for drivers if you go direct with them - these are regular drivers you can simply hail from the road side. We had to walk away from the lobby a fair distance so that our driver can pick us up without the staff at the lobby seeing them. As a result, we decided to minimize our spend at the resort itself. Tourists get overcharged everywhere they go, and we expected that being guests at the resort the staff would be helpful in matters that are not core to their offerings. Instead, they outright attempt to exploit as well as restrict us from agreeing with the drivers on a fair price for subsequent trips. To be fair to them, they also provide a shuttle service back and forth to Patong area at certain times of the day for free. We just found the schedule restrictive. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we feel that we got OK value for the money we spent.

Crest was the place to be! We paid for the deluxe pool with the see through pool and that was amazing! It rained when we first arrived so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities. We only stayed for one night since the room we wanted was only available for one night. We bought the ticket with breakfast included but if you are staying longer than a day I would recommend buying breakfast out in town. Husband and I got sick off the food here. We paid for VIP and it wasn’t much to offer. The lounge was nice to sit in while waiting for room but it didn’t open till 12 and didn’t offer much. They offer the same menu in the room as they do in the lounges. We requested complimentary birthday decor and it wasn’t much. They charge for full balloon and flower decor but I expected that to be complimentary thing especially for the occasion. The price to buy wasn’t worth it. The villa suite was a BEAUTY 😍😍!!! Really wish we could have stayed longer! I loved how spacious the room was, the pool view, the tub , EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. The pool had jets in it but was not temperature regulated so it was pretty cold and the staff wouldn’t warm the pool. Since it was cold we didn’t do the floating breakfast which was an extra charge even though we paid for breakfast with the room. My take away: if you are in Phuket for more than one night , STAY here Don’t buy breakfast or VIP just enjoy the room and go out in town for food. Grab a phone stand and take lots of videos and pictures because the view is amazing. Complimentary shuttle to beach but Use Bolt for airport shuttle. Cheaper, private and drivers are very friendly.

Our stay at Crest Resort was incredible and we will definitely stay there if we visit Phuket in future. Our room was very clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast had extensive selection of foods available with a sea view. We also loved the food at the restaurant, therefore we mostly had dinner at the resort. They had a live performance at dinner and the vibe was great. We also enjoyed the infinity pool with nice bar. The resort had range of activities available including spa, yoga, Muay thai boxing etc. Last but not least, all the staffs were amazing, and always ready to help. Rum (the restaurant manager we believe) was a great host, friendly and always smiling and helpful. We had overall a quality expeience during our stay at resort.
