Decent sized rooms and great location”

Hotel is located very close to Orestad station, which has metros and trains, and is also close to a big shopping mall, Fields. Closer access if you go via side door at Copenhagen Towers. Area for improvement would be the housekeeping staff - we stayed for two nights; after our first night stay, I believe the housekeeping staff could have done a better job cleaning the room (could see crumbs on the table, incorrect number of towels placed in the bathroom, etc.) Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very Good Clean Value Hotel near Copenhage airport”

We stayed at 12 hotels during our 16 days Europe and this is our best hotel, beating Hilton Hotel Copenhagen Airport (we spent 2 nights there) next to airport. Highly recommended since they have shuttle bus to make up for the short distance from the airport. Very friendly and professional staffs. Unfortunately, there is no shopping, restaurant or park near the hotel within walking distance. Metro station is just a short walk away. Overall, we prefer this hotel compared with Hilton Hotel.

The hotel is great. The location was excellent for me because I wanted to go to Sweden as well as into the center of Copenhagen. The hotel is a very easy ten minute ride into the center of the city and is a very easy ride into Sweden. The train and metro station are a 3 minute walk. If you want to spend all your time in Copenhagen center the location is still very durable and because of the hotel I will choose to ride the metro and stay in this hotel.

Very close to Metro and super convenient and reasonably priced shuttle to airport. Perfect room with super comfy beds. Kept our luggage for several nights while we traveled to France. Staff was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. Would recommend this as the BEST place to stay in Copenhagen near the airport.

Good staffs at the reception, and good designs. The shopping mall near the hotel. named Fields, was really convinient for its opening hours. And the room was bigger than other hotels in the center of Copenhagen station. We had many choices from teas,kakao and coffee. If you pay more money, youcan watch movies in your room.

The Crowne Plaza and Staff were superb. The shuttle to the cruise Line port was on time and clean.

I think the idea of edology sustainability is great but let us not forget that there is a cinical side to this and as soon as the Crown is dated or a bit warn at the edges you will find that the ECO thing wont work. People, especially regular seasoned business travellers. I believe my idea of placing screens showing the reception from every floor or every room will give the user/guest the feeling of a friendly environment at all times everywhere in the hotel. Turn the experience of the guests into a reality TV one.

for biz traveler, it is very good choice. room is nice, confirmy and beautiful. good view and good bed to take the rest. i stayed overnight in the hotel ready for a morning flight the next morning, after travelling the whole day by train. the room was very comfortable, large size with big windows. large bathroom with heated floor. complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided in the room. ironing facilities provided also. big tv screen mounted on the wall. good business centre with free access to the computer. there was a free shuttle to the airport which was not properly advertised.

Prefect Hotel ”

There is no downside to this hotel. Staff is excellent, kind, gracious, knowledgeable. Hotel has way above average morning breakfast. Airport shuttle. Bark Restaurant excellent- HUGE portions for bar small plates. Rooms spotless. Large lovely mall across the street. Train stop right there. Taxi stand in hotel driveway. About a 15-20 min to drive center city.

feel like stay in a 5 star hotel”

this hotel is very new and modern with stylish design. the room is very big probably more than 30 mm2, the floor is very soft with clean carpet, the bath is big too with a new bathtube. there's big car parking in the basement.It is close to the airport,and I saw many flight crew checked in. It is almost like a 5 star hotel,however the breakfast is not free, it costs 20 euro for each.

I stayed overnight in the hotel ready for a morning flight the next morning, after travelling the whole day by train. The room was very comfortable, large size with big windows. Large bathroom with heated floor. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided in the room. Ironing facilities provided also. Big TV screen mounted on the wall. Good business centre with free access to the computer. There was a free shuttle to the airport which was not properly advertised. The bus could take a max of only 5 passengers. Those who did not book the facility in advanmce would have had to take a taxi to the airport. This hotel is mainly for business travellers, for meetings and for those staying overnight to catch a flight.

Comfortable room but inattentive staff”

The hotel was just about 10 minutes away by train and it offers complimentary airport transfer service. However, the staff was quite inattentive. Check-in and airport transfer booking service was fine but the staff did not go further. I did not see the lift from the front desk and they did not tell me until I asked. They even did not instruct me to use the room key to activate the access to my floor in the lift. I know someone may say I can see the card reader myself after I enter the lift. Surely I saw it after I had tried pressing the floor of my room several times but in vain. The staff also did not tell me where I should wait for the shuttle bus until I asked. I called room service several times but no one picked up. They called back after a while and instructed me to order directly from the TV. Actually I have tried to click on the item I wanted on the TV before calling them but I could not select the item. I still tried again because they said so but I gave up and called again and finally someone picked up the call after my several attempts. Ironically, this time they told me it was impossible to order online so I ordered through the phone. Food was sent to my room quite quickly and that staff was nice. Food was tasty. Apart from the staff, this hotel is a good hotel for just one night before or after the flight because it was not close to the city centre.

We had to stay one night before moving on to our next location in Europe and we came in earlier than the check in time ( like 6 hours earlier). Without any issue, the staff at the reception provided us a room with excellent view. The room was clean and big. Though the hotel is far from touristy spots - the tram and train service is just a few minutes walk and its a few stops from the city. The staff of the hotel - from the restaurant to the shuttle bus - were excellent. This hotel is highly recommended.

We stayed there for one night after travelling Iceland. They provided shuttle bus to airport. Cost you only $15 Kr. There is a big shopping besides the hotel

i booked the kings room.. so i got foc mini bar full. location is gd.. after a 17 hours flight.. its gd to reach hotel in 8 mins. short walk to metro and 10 mins ride to city center.. clean room and helpful staff.. i had a pleasant stay with this hotel

We stayed as a family of six. The hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi to the city center which might not be for everyone, but we enjoyed being out of the way. Really nice views, spotless rooms and we enjoyed the restaurant and indoor garden downstairs. Breakfast has a lot of choice.
