This traditional Moroccan Ryad is set in Essaouira’s old medina, just 10 minutes from the port. It offers views of the Atlantic ocean and air-conditioned suites with free Wi-Fi. Each suite at the Dar Adul is individually decorated. One of them is equipped with a private terrace and a solarium. Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice people working at property who mostly spoke English, which helps, after my lack of french and indeed Arabic. Rooms and main areas are well designed and well kept, with a slightly kitsch 80s feel. Breakfasts were generous and the view from the terrace is impressive, if a little tired from years of wind battering.
