OK if you are not looking for the "best"”
Location was excellent and the lady who was there to check us in was very helpful. No bells and whistles about the room. Bathroom was very small and in need of repair to plumbing and fixtures. Door did not shut to the outside properly and you could see light coming in around it. It was OK for a one night stay but we probably not stay there again.

Perfect location ”
Perfect location in downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to everything which is what we were looking for. The hotel itself is mostly clean but in need of some repairs and renovations which it appears that they are working on. We were given an upgraded room at no cost with a jacuzzi tub which was nice, but you had to walk up three stairs to use the tub. The rooms also had a mini refrigerator, microwave and sleeper sofa. There was no elevator so I wouldn’t recommend it for handicapped individuals. The stairs are outside and concrete so they are slick at times. They did have an indoor pool and small continental breakfast which is a plus especially in the winter. So, if you’re looking for something basic with a few extras in downtown Gatlinburg, this is the place, but, don’t expect luxury. It’s definitely what I would expect from a 2-star hotel.

This hotel was in a great location with walking the strip of Gatlinburg. The hotel itself needs upgraded. The shower curtain in our room at mold on it. The mini fridge froze everything in it, including my kids milk for bedtime that we packed. The pictures are deceiving. We had a room with a loft that had a bed in it and it was a lot smaller then the pictures online showed. My oldest kept hitting her head on the beams bc they were so low. Our room was suppose to be a non smoking room but smelled like smoke.

Good value for the price and close to allot of attractions. Breakfast could be allot better. 2 types of cold cereal to choose from and microwave pancakes and waffles. Staff doesn't fill promptly when things are empty. Asked for milk and other items to filled because they were completely empty and acted like it was a big imposition to do their job. Some updates were done but there are many more that need to be done. Old hotel that needs a good power wash of the sidewalks and hallways outside. Very dirty. Also needs to stress no smoking of any kind. Smelled weed throughout the hallway and the smell was sickening.

Great location poor facility ”
I was given room 413 the door didn't close properly then given 115 it wasn't clean there was soap left from a previous guest the bathroom floor had feces on the floor the room was updated no phone...the ground had water everywhere the water went from the first floor to the parking garage where it was a fall hazard I did fall no light in the handicap breeze way. There is a lot of opportunities in this hotel. I did report the fall and the guy at the desk didn't even apologize.

The floors in the room are so dirty that it turned the bottom of my feet black. Had to ask for essential items like towels and toilet paper after they came to clean the room. I notice that the tub was dirty and not cleaned as it had my black feet marks on it from the day before. It is in a nice location but pay more for better.

Rooms could be cleaner.. they tried to update but we had about 7 years worth of dust on bathroom fan, tub was old, fixtures were old, pool was gross. I will say it was safe.

Very Dated. It’s a great location, but a very dated facility. Breakfast was not good. Roach in room, towels dirty. Worst water pressure I’ve ever seen. Price was cheaper, but not by much. Just should of spent a little more and stayed at a nicer place.

We only had water for about 10 minutes out of three days. The room reservation was messed up in the system. They put us in the wrong room two times. The night shift woman was an excellent attendant and did everything in her power to help each night we needed something. The manager did not care about customer service. The maintenance man wasn’t very proactive, energetic or professional. The location was great with it being right on Parkway I would not stay here again on my future stays.

Needs improvement ”
The first morning we had no water in our room. Called the front desk, told there was a leak and would be fixed in 15 minutes. An hour later, no water, called front desk again. This time the lady said she would check and call back. Another hour goes by, no water and no call from the office. I go down to the office and the lady tells me she has been busy and will go check now. She comes back and tells me this time she promised it would be back on in 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later it was back on, but only cold. I sent an email to Days Inn on their website but have yet to get any response at all.

We choose this hotel for the location on the main strip! We loved being close and able to walk to everything! Nice hotel, friendly staff, and overall great experience!
