"Enjoyed the onsen very much. A bit inconvenient if you don't have a car (taxis will do though). The best part of the hotel is a huge manga collection in a spacious library with massage chairs and sofas. You need to take your shoes off at the entrance. Breakfast was included in the rather appropriately priced room."

"Staff available till 22:00 h and they will be available again at 8:00H , I was there with my mom 82 years old and they put me in the room that the bed was on second floor with the stair super steep like a ladder and toilet was on the first floor. Totally none sense. Hotel is too small no any facilities to enjoy. No sense of services. If you are looking for Japanese magic kind of services forget about this place, no parking space for guests you pay your own, no breakfast no dinner extra charge is sky high at such price I expect ryokan style Japanese hotel but this is totally crap. What a loser ! "
