I’m from Surabaya. It was great to stay here! - The staff very welcome (i got surprise cute tart in my room for my wedding anniversary). - The rooms are clean, big and have a great view of Braga street. Very beautiful at night (with very large n wide window in the room). - The bed also very large. ( I think can sleep for 3 adults). - The breakfast also great. (Lots of choice but not too much. But the taste soo yummy!) - The pool not too big, also not too small. But great for kids. They can having fun. Thanks a lot De Braga by Artotel! It was great time for my family with you! I booked 2 rooms, but you gave me connecting room. It also surprised me! I love it! Thank you very much! Must be back here again. Please well maintain to keep you great hotel.

We arrive around 4pm, no line on receptionist for check in, right away process for check in. Hotel acknowledge my special request and note my request (bed setting) (4rooms) within the same floor and 2double 1twinroom Free valet and parking which is very nice While check in, staff receptionist was very friendly and help out . There is coffee machine on each room, receptionist is very helpful and give me extra slipper Room: Spacious, clean and weather is very nice. next morning: In front of the hotel have local dish breakfast (Bubur ayam, soto ayam, even pancong). very nice if you want to try local dish, also near coffee shops and cafe around the block. Overall, all is great experience to stay here. Suitable for group or family and couple.

This hotel might be for you if you are looking for a good comfortable hotel in the heart of Bandung. I stayed here with my family of 6 with 2 children. I'm really satisfied when staying for 4-nite at De Braga. Studio 25 is spacey, clean, the view is very nice (I've got a room at 13th floor), and the most convenient thing is its 3-hole power outlets. Also the staff is willing to take the breakfast to my room. And for solo-traveler, there are walkable destinations: Braga, Alun-Alun & the Bandros (Bandung Tour on the Bus), Asia-Africa museum, good food stalls, etc. Overall, two thumbs up for De Braga. Willing to stay here again when I've a chance to visit Bandung again

Breakfast are good, location are very good. Room cleanliness also good, but i think need improvement at swimming pool area, there is no umbrella so when it rain, our stuff will be wet also. But overall, i recommend this place

I was given a room in top floor with mountaines view which is breathtaking. The breakfast has variety of food from local to american style. The room is similar with other Artotel I stay. But they have a pool which is nice and quiet.

Room was very clean, everything still in good condition and new. Well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast buffet service. Check in was easy and quick. Very central location in Bandung, less than 10 minutes by car to the train station.

It was a great stay, staffs were very helpful, room was clean. We also had a free pizza (the whole pan) which surprisingly delicious :D And location wise, it's walking distance to Braga, Pasar Baru or Alun-alun area, nice way to enjoy nightlife around. The only downside was... we only stayed here for 1 night :( Surely will come back!!!

Interior is chic and modern, room is nice and clean, well decorated too, very milennial I should say, however parking is atrocious, it takes serious amount of time for u car to get outside the parking lot. Fortunately the hotel offers good and free valet service. The staffs wear casual clothing and are very friendly, overall this hotel is well worthed for its price. Location is super good too, just dont try to go somewhere with ur car on weekend nights the streets are jammed.

We stayed in De Braga Hotel by Artotel on Oct 17-18, 2020. We were a group of an extended family (with 2 children & a baby), booked 5 rooms. Pros: 1. Thumbs up for Miss Eka (FO/Reservation). She has succeeded in fulfilling our requests regarding our rooms. All 5 rooms were on the same floor. The baby slept very well & didn't disturb other guests (😇). My family (2 parents & 2 children) did get the connecting rooms. We are really, really satisfied with the room assignments. Thank you very much, Miss Eka 😘 2. Excellent service, especially regarding the check in. Again, by Miss Eka 👍🏼 We (traveling from Jakarta) arrived at the Hotel at 11 am. Off course, the rooms were not ready so we dropped our luggages and proceed to lunch. At 2.15 pm Miss Eka called my mobile saying that our rooms were ready (which I highly appreciated!). 3. The location is very city-centric & strategic to most tourist attractions. Great value for money. 4. I liked (almost) everything about the room. The size was OK (not big but not too small either). The bed was PERFECT with 4 pillows, very comfortable for my backpain. I personally prefer no carpet, I can clearly see the floor was clean. I really loved the open "wardrobe", we could vigilantly check our things before departing (minimalized leaving behind our things). Plus, there was a big space to store our shoes. Cons: 1. When my children & I went to the pool (on Saturday around 4 pm), the area was dirty and there were no staffs around. We found some cigarette butts & leftover food 🤦🏻♀️ I know it was done by some irresponsible guests, but that's why there should be a staff watching the area (to warn the naughty guests). 2. Breakfast time was a disappointment. I didn't mind about the long queue and I understood the staffs were doing their best. I even didn't mind about the average menu. However, for me the biggest flaw is: the food didn't match with the menu displayed on the TV screen. The staff said that it was yesterday's menu. So why did

Located very near to Braga street makes this hotel close to entertainment and food. You can easily goes around Jalan Asia Afrika by foot and take some memorable pictures there. The hotel itself has a spacious room, and very clean. They use King Koil to guarantee that you'll have a comfort bed to rest after exploring Bandung. Check in and check out are very easy, they handle your reservation as personal as they can be. The staff are very friendly and dont worry they speak English fluently. They also have a coffee and bar, that provide interesting entertainment. Very nice to seat there accompanied by a glass of wine while listening a good music. Very recommended hotel. Surely will be back here again

The staff were fantastic, it ended up cheaper to get an extra room than 2 extra beds in our rooms. They were helpful in swapping us to a connecting room. Recommend to anyone. Only thing was we wanted 4 rooms but the booking sites would only allow us to book the same type of room for all rooms, so we ended up on 4 different floor levels not able to go to each others rooms.

The room was nice, breakfast so delicious especially the. Breads, so many varieties of foods, but the wastafel badly clogged up, there was no kettle only coffee maker that didn't works properly 🥲

The right choice in Braga area!”
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Everything I needed was provided, from spacious and clean room, affordable rate, to very friendly staffs. The location is also quite premium in the tourist area of Bandung. I really enjoyed my time walking around Braga. Additionally, it would be nice if the management added more amenities and toiletries, as well as face towels. However, this will not prevent me from staying back at this hotel when visiting Bandung.

I left my belongings accidentally at the hotel when we were already on our train to Jakarta. I called the receptionist ( Mas Dadang) who was very helpful in the case and tild him to keep it there for a while until our local friend came to pick up. It was a relief when my wife told me that finally the the thing that we left had been picked up🥰

Loved this hotel, modern decor with everything you need, great views. Breakfast good. Restaurant bar in front of hotel and walking distance to restaurants and bars in Jl Braga. Staff were exceptional and I would like to especially thank reception staff member Eka Wulandari for her help in fixing my booking problem with Agoda. Wonderful service. My stay was very enjoyable and I will return soon.
