It was clean.
They don’t have enough dishes and the pots and pans are gross. There is no closet in the front bedroom, only a bar to hang clothes on. All the furniture is old and mismatched. The coffee pot works but it’s so old. For what we paid, I expect more.

I like the location of this room. Right by the pool and easy access to the beach.
It was dirty & had mold on the bathroom ceiling bc of the shower head shooting up for a long period of time. The floors weren’t clean and neither were the towels.

ROACHES in the rooms!!!! NASTY NASTY!”

Location, is the ONLY thing going for a this place.
When we arrived, there are NO attendants here. So, you are given NO information except one code to get into your apartment. We were not able to check in at 4, WHATSOEVER. Even though, once checking in the first night we started to find ROACHES. Then, there was DUST everywhere, the floors were sticky. Abs they even had mustaches stuck to pictures from a previous party. If you’re not going to let anyone check in until 4, because they are THROUGHLY cleaning...... then we expected it to be CLEAN. We won’t stay here again. If there were other options we would’ve went somewhere else. It just was all around run down, and felt disgusting. Last thing, you have NO clue what to do when checking out. There are no rules listed. It needs to be updated, and cleaned.

The location and set up was amazing! Clean and well taken care of.
It’s not really a negative because we loved it but you can tell lots of people use it and it could use a coat of paint. Other than that it’s great!

Location was amazing. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable and did I mention the location?! Beach was just steps away. Hot tub & pool right outside the door.
The washing machine has some big issues. You should definitely purchase a drying rack for towels and clothes. The dryer took hours to dry one load of towels. Also, a vacuum would be nice for sand!
