The Best Western Sugar Sands was a good option for our stay in Destin. The location is very convenient and close to the beach and shopping. We booked two rooms for three nights. My wife, dog, and I enjoyed the stay. Check in / check out went smoothly and the hotel is clean and in a great location. There is a boardwalk next to it that takes you to the beach. Highly recommend for a family that wants to go to Miramar Beach at a reasonable price.

Yes! We would definitely book a return stay & recommend this hotel to friends. We checked in right at 3PM & pleased we could get a ground floor room close to entrance. The staff was always friendly & happy to help. The self serve breakfasts were enjoyable....the BEST especially for this style. The room was clean & comfortable, including the bed. I was blown away at how nice the "2 star" was. It had a bigger flat screen then I own, comfy beds and pillows a microwave and fridge. It was perfect and I loved the bang for my buck. I liked the location it was walking distance to plenty within 30 mins. I will stay here again next year
