Great hotel and location but owner was not genuine friendly (man running the place). A small misunderstanding resulted in him getting very angry and not showing any customer care. Not recommending this hotel due to the owner.

The owner and staff are extremely nice, although they might not always stand by at the bar/reception, they will try their best to help you in any way. Pizza is highly recommended!
