They charged $35 per night for over night parking , But it didn’t show on their website, until I check my credit card statement. beside this matter, the hotel room is clean.

Room size is good, but that's it”
We had room 596 with 2 double beds...room size is spacious, even the bathroom was large coz it's for handicap-friendly. However, room was not clean as it had coins left. Towel bar, toilet paper holders were falling off; toilet paper is close to Japanese paper, few lights in the room, black out shade is useless as it's so bright when the sun rises.

Just ok, poor sound proofing, untidy hallway”
The place is ok nothing amazing. Disappointing to see used plates and glass in the hallway not immediately picked up by the staff. The toilet is difficult to flush. Poor sound proofing.

It’s was ok ”
But there was no drain and the fridge/ airport made loud noises so it was hard to sleep. Our friend’s room towel rack also broke.

A great and convenient airport hotel.”
The Double Tree at SFO is a nice place to spend a long layover. With easy access via the airport shuttle, it's very easy to get to and from the airport. This means you can easily take the BART into San Francisco from the airport and get back to the hotel with easy. The rooms a spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Would definitely stay here again if I have a day layover in San Francisco.

Great value”
This is a great value hotel if you are not looking to spend what most downtown San Francisco hotels are charging. Courtesy shuttles make access to the city center easy, while allowing you to retreat back to the quiet of the hotel at any time. Rooms are very comfortable - the beds were heavenly. Would recommend this hotel for anyone going to SF, families, couple, business travellers, etc.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, near to the airport as well as to the interesting places. The hotel was wonderful, also the service and the staffs too. The food for the value of money is ok. Overall... it is interesting place and recommended to stay when you are in San Francisco..

the location of the hotel is close to airport san fransisco, a little far to the city (about 20-30 minutes by car), got a warm chocolate cake at check in and it tastes very good. large room with a large double bed, enough for us 4 adults and 1 child under 10 years. for parking car charge was $28/day. I will definitely return to this hotel again. wish me luck.

Inexpensive but very nice hotel ”
Pros- nice, affordable, great breakfast, comfy beds, nice linens, helpful staff, & the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Cons- can't think of any except that if you're looking for a hotel close to the tourist attractions of San Fransisco this is not it. Took 2 Uber/ lyft rides every day each ranging to 15-20$.

Nice location near the sea”
The hotel is located near the sea. Very quiet and peaceful. You can jog by the sea. Airport shuttle is very efficient and frequent. The room is big and very clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. However, there is no convenient store or restaurants nearby. Overall, highly recommended. Good value.

The airport hotel with a touch of class”
It was a good experience staying at a 'airport' hotel, yet still convenient to get around into the city for shopping & dinning. The hotel location is also nice with a seaview into the city. A couple of highly recommended seafood restaurant around the area, unfortunately do not have a chance to try. Very convenient with complimentary & frequent shuttle to SFO

Comfortable stay & close to airport”
Fast check-in & check-out service from staff. Nice big and comfortable bed and room is clean. Given free complimentary warm cookie during check-in was definitely a plus point. Hotel provide nice toiletries Frequent free shuttle to airport makes is very convenient for guest. Only down side is no free parking.

Parking was a little expensive ($22) but everything else was great. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great short stay right by SFO airport.

it was great although we only stayed for one night. staff friendly, airport shuttle that runs frequently. comfortable room. we arrived at late night and we were given a hot cookie when we were checking in....nice thoughts.

Good hotel near airport”
We like our room and the location pretty much, it's a good deal for the price. Nonetheless we'd the shuttle guy to be improved as he was rude and refused to take our luggages into the shuttle. He kept taking other passengers' luggage but told us there's no space for our luggages which are normal check-in size, we were puzzled. He asked us to wait for another shuttle though we have waited for 20mins and we were the first in the queue when he arrived but he kept ignoring us.

Hilton would want us to enroll for Hilton honors, to access free wifi. However, when the Honors no is presented..the Wifi webpage does not accept.
