Bargain for the money!”

It's close to Sugarlands. It was clean and quiet. Has a decent bed. Staff was awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We were here to sleep only. Bag lunch was terrible, but it was cheap and in the middle of everything.

We use this as our base in Gatlinburg. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main street but for enough that you won't hear the noise. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is adequate. For the price we paid, it represent a good value. Also, this is our first time in Gatlinburg, we loved this town.

Didn't feel safe”

Stayed here for one night for a weekend getaway. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. There was a pair of socks under a chair when we arrived... A bunch of younger adults were staying in the room next to us. At about 830pm, they were obviously drunk, fighting out on the balcony. One was laid out on top of the stairs while a girl was hitting him in the face. We went to the office to inform her, she said...they had already been warned once. No one ever came to the room or the balcony to check on them. Will never stay there again, not a safe environment.
