Roy even escort us by controlling the traffic on to cross the busy road to reach the beach opposite the hotel. He also follow us to the beach and help us to take family photos. Great Hotel and friendly staff”
It was a pleasant experience staying at Eden Hotel Da Nang. The hotel is nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Good variety of food for breakfast, and hotel location right in front of the beach. As this is our first time visiting Da Dang, we appreciate very much for the tour arrangements and recommendations offered by their professional service. We were particularly impressed by their staff member named Ai, who can speak fluent English and always thoughtfully served to her best. She is a warm, welcoming and lovely girl that makes our stay at this hotel a great experience. Thank you Ai, love you! Overall, it is a good value and quality hotel that we would highly recommend.

Great stay and location”
Situated right over the road from the beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. the Eden hotel is a great stay for families, couples and individuals. Our only complaint was our booking was for one room with a double+ bed for my wife and I, with a second twin room with a roll away bed for our 3 teenage children, but the hotel opted to put us into rooms with two beds per room. A small inconvenience for my wife and I to share a room with our kids, but would have been nice to have received what we had requested. Great buffet breakfast included and helpful staff. The hotel pool was also a plus.

A really excellent hotel with a surprisingly good breakfast and well trained, friendly staff. The Internet is definitely faster in other hotels in Da Nang so it's not ideal if you need to get a lot of work done, especially for uploading, but it's fine for most cases. The manager speaks great English and is really helpful and the overall feel is very professional. It's also right by the beach which makes for some great views. Seems to have opened around September 2018 and everything is modern in the rooms with nice big TVs and plenty of outlets. Bathrooms are spacious marble affairs with wet room showers and some have baths. I stayed for a week and tried two different rooms. It's also close to the expat area which has some good bars and food options, with the Night Market food stall place in particular being good. I also like Cohibar for drinks.

Great time in Da Nang”
Room was very comfortable. We could see beautiful sea from our room. Sea is just over there, so we enjoyed sea every day.All stuffs at the hotel were very great. They are very kind and friendly. We could enjoyed talking with stuffs:) So much fun time there. Some stuffs are not good at speaking English, but they tried to speak with us. Also, when the room door was locked, the stuff immediately deal with it. I appreciate to stuffs, we could have great time in Da Nang!

Honeymoon destination ”
The Eden hotel had the great distinction of being on MyKhe beach. The hotel is luxurious and was rated 4 star, which is fair. It had all the facilities and it wasn’t too crowded. The breakfast restaurant was staffed well and the food was exceptional. The swimming pool is really nice during a hot day to swim if you don’t want to go to the beach. If you do go to the beach there is a subway to cross the street. I recommend this hotel as a honeymoon destination

Good Location - Great Sunset View - Friendly Staff "Especially the reservation/front desk girl - Dui My was great and helpful, she made our stay prefect. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good hotel with value for money”
If you want front beach hotel with value for money Eden hotel is first choice. The staff is very good , I can say all of them are the best. Only the problem most hotels in Vietnam is dealing with low budget Chinese group tours , if Eden hotel continues to allow booking with them no regular tourist will come back.

Really Nice Hotel”
All of the staffs are very kind and the rooms were clean and neat. The swimming pool was wonderful. And the food massage service that we took in the hotel for free was really nice. The breakfast was also delicious. But the gym is too small but I don't care. Anyway, Eden made our trip nicer.

New hotel, extremely good value, must book”
This hotel is very new (3 months) so they are offering a good price for their rooms. We booked last minute and got upgraded to a family suite for free. The service is 5 star, they take care of all your needs and are extremely friendly. The staff can speak English very well, and they even let us check out late (2 hours for free). The breakfast is a bit lack-luster, definitely not 4 or 5 star quality, but the rest of the service is excellent. The hotel is by the beach, so the location is great. I recommend everyone to book this now while they are new, because I am sure the price for the rooms will go up once people start realizing.

Good value for money”
The hotel was convenient because it was close to Arkham’s Convention Centre. The room was big and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only disappointments were that they couldn’t provide me with an iron for my clothes in my room although they ironed it for me free of charge and the room service food was very limited. The menu had a wide selection but for two days I tried to order the only available items were fried rice and fried noodles.

This is a great hotel at a great price! Rooms are clean, and the staff is eager to please! Breakfast is good with a few changes of items daily! However, dinners are lacking! I would suggest trying the restaurants walking distance from the hotel!

Our driver was confused with another name of the hotel and drive us to another Eden Hotel. The hotel could not operate as we were told that their windows were crashes by the typhoon and aircon was not working. We were referred to stay in another nearby hotel by their staff. Not recommended unless they have fixed their issues.

Breakfast was average. Gym was a joke. Swimming pool not to good either. It's a good hotel if compared to 4 star standard however no way should it be 5 star. I don't know why it has such a high review. It is only a good value hotel, but in no way is it exceptional. I would not give it more than 7/10

Overall good hotel, but NOT what we expected”
The pictures make this look like it's on the beach/water, which was the main reason I booked this and paid a premium. There is a big street separating the hotel from the beach, which was difficult enough to cross that the benefit of "beachfront hotel" was lost. We would rather have stayed 1-3 blocks away at half the cost. Otherwise the hotel is very clean, staff is great, breakfast was very good. You could get 2 nights in another hotel of the same caliber a block away for the same price!

We enjoyed our stay very much. staff at this hotel are very nice, helpful and honest, the housekeeping lady delivered to our room the money she found in our laundry. The beach is right in front of the hotel and we enjoyed the view of the ocean while hanging breakfast every morning. Will come again!

Nice Beach Hotel”
Cross the street and you're at the beach! The "indoor/outdoor" is really just an indoor pool with large open windows. It was small but provided good shelter for the sun and heat. During my stay, there was in incident with the fire alarm, and everyone had to evacuate. There was no danger, but it was inconvenient, as I as had to walk down 24 floors. Hotel should have offered some kind of compensation. Clean and comfortable, and a good experience overall.
