The location is convenient for travel and dining. Only walk about 6 minutes to the monorail station that can take you to the airport and other shopping malls easily. There are convenient stores (at the same street) and supermarkets (at the backside of the hotel) nearby. A few restaurants are also available near the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable for 4-night stay. The breakfast is delicious as well and there are 6 choices for the main dish and a mini buffet bar. The staffs at the front desk, at the restaurant and the cleaning service are friendly and helpful. Will come again and recommend to others.

Friendly staffs who make you feel welcomed at all time. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated just 4-5 minutes walk from Mie-bashi station, and within walking distance to Tomari Port if you're planning on visiting other islands / diving or snorkelling / whale watching; and also walking distance to International Street and First Makishi market. Breakfast is excellent, especially Dutch baby pancake, which is a must try.

The hotel is great value for money. Also it’s located around 10min from the main shopping street which is so nice (as it’s supper turists). So all the restaurants around are small and have the best food witch is more local and cheaper than what you find around the touristy parts

Estinate Hotel is very close to the city center, and short walk to Okinawa International Street. Staff were very friendly and greeted us everytime we entered/exited the lobby. Check-in and Check-out was convenient and fuss-free. The Make-Up Room Aunties were really nice and friendly too, and always said good morning to us whenever they saw us.

It's a no-frills hotel, but since I only showered and slept there it was all I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Next time I go I'll start my search for a hotel right here.

The room was ok, the toilet was a bit broken (water was running for a few seconds too long), but what was remarkable was the staff! Very helpful, very good English skills and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our honeymoon at estinate!

Superb Breakfast”
Room was quite small - hard to have 2 luggages to be opened up. But we were only there for a night sleep so we didn't mind it. On a brighter side, there is a free Awamori tasting session at 7pm and the breakfast was really fantastic - not Japanese-styled but it was good to have something different! We checked out on Valentine's Day and they gave out some little snacks which was a nice gesture :)

The room is not equipped with certain amenities such as pajama, electric kettle, mug cups, etc and you need to ask at the front desk. Their breakfast is not a buffet and instead every dish is very sophisticated with ingredients from notable local producers; very valuable.

Limited English speaking staff, hard to communicate if having question other than check-in, checkout (can't even clearly state they do not have their own carpark and need to park to the hourly charged ones) Does not have own carpark, only able to recommend which publicly available carpark is around. The room are badly soundproofed. we heard fighting on night time in the next room. the curtains are useless as they do not fit the windows frame. the sunlight wake up early in the morning. No proper drinking water glass, only paper glass. The restaurant was nice

services is not good! did not mention there is no kettle in the room, even there is a water machine in ground floor, the staff needs to mark my room number when request to bring a cup of hot water back to the room, it gave me a bad feeling that seems I will steal a cup? Besides, there is not secure for the customer to provide credit card information for a kind of deposit and it will be credited if there is any missing or broken. Actually, I spent $ for reserving 2 night around HKD1,000, which deserved a standard services but this "hotel" can't!! So, I won't suggest this place to my friend and family and will not reserve again when come to okinawa.

Friendly and stylish base to explore Okinawa”
I enjoyed a great three night stay at the Estinate Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, looking after my bags when I arrived early so I could explore Naha. The spoken English for Japan was excellent and they were very clear about all the hotel details (check out, wifi etc.). The location is about 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest monorail station, and on one of the main roads through Naha (though not too noisy). It was abut 15 minute walking to the restaurants and shopping of the International Street, and about 20 minutes to the Prefectural Office for buses to other parts of the Island. The room itself is quite small but was pleased to see a desk was included (no wardrobe however). I think in Japanese hotels you should anticipate small rooms and I still found there was enough space to be comfortable. The bathroom again was small but good and well cleaned. I am very tall (198cm) and found the room, bed and bathroom all able to accommodate my height fine.
