location is and ptice is good”
Six floor with no elevator, a lot of natural day light, ventilation is good. Room is quite small, 4 double beds , two and two stick together, has no hangers, table or chair to put your stuffs. Has two fans, one broken, I was the only one in the room, if the room is full (4 persons dorm), will be extremely crowded as there isn't much space ,no air-con, Yangon is hot even in late December. I can't imagine how to sleep in summer. Bathrooms and toilets are clean and spacious. Near by a lot of cheap street foods vendors and shops. Wifi is the best I ever had in Myanmar so far. Will stay again in winter time.

Cheap, Polite but dirty”
The hotel is not the cleanest and pretty sure it's been built at an angle, having said that, the staff were great and went out of their way to help, it's in a central location and is fine for a cheap 1night stay in Yangon. If you want all the mod cons etc, better to stay elsewhere and spend a little more.

Great budget place to stay”
Lovely and helpful staff. 1.5kms from Sule Pagoda. Great for a budget stay. Room had a window which faced to hallway so no natural light in room. Ac cold. Lovely hot shower. Lovely streets, restaurants and Pagoda behind hotel. Great local restaurant with reasonable prices on corner of street (take a right on leaving hotel)

Strong smell of mold in the room”
There was strong mold smell in the room, persisting even when trying to ventilate. No AC in the room, just fan, but also no window or anything that would allow the air to circulate. Only chance to ventilate the air was open for to the corridor, while the opposite room was doing the same, so losing the privacy... Shared bathroom were nice, clean. Room looked clean as well (until you look under the beds and could see all the rubbish there). We booked double/twin room, got room with three beds. Thanks to the third bed, almost no space left in the room, not convenient even for only two ppl with backpacks. No place in the room where one could hang at least wet towels, not talking about wet clothes from the rain. Due to the no air circulation our wet clothes from the evening rain didn't get dry at all overnight. First impression was good, but not good in the end (especially the bad smell), wouldn't stay again. Location not so great either - only bus 56 in front of the hotel.

Cheap and basic”
The staff and manager were very friendly and it was the cheapest place in downtown we could find. The price matches the hotel so don't go there expecting anything more. We were on a tight budget hence why we stayed but the rooms are very basic and the toilet facilities are of a low standard so if you don't want this be prepared to pay more to stay elsewhere.

Backpackers”
Nothing wrong with the hotel at all, allowed us to check in early, staff are helpful...however wifi only worked in reception and is patchy, breakfast was poor and the breakfast was unclean. Shared showers were ok but cold. All in all for one night it's a good place to stay.

Filthy squalid . Don't stay here”
There was nothing endearing about this disgusting hovel. In decades of low-cost travel, this is the worst I've met. And it was not low-cost! This is a shameful slum that has undermined my faith in Agoda who should strike it off their listing. We waited in the foyer for ‘room to be prepared’ for some time. Eventually two early teen boys – looking like street urchins - came downstairs and we were allowed into the room. We climbed to the 4th floor up steep steps of this aptly named ‘Everest’ hotel then along a dingy corridor. This is what we found, and I have photographs to back up the following description:- Small squalid rooms, filthy with dust and debris. most fittings broken- lights, windows, doors, toilet seat hanging off & broken, water squirting from leaking pipes in bathroom. Water from cold-only shower flows out of the part-door to soak the mildew-stinking carpet pieces that partly cover the layer of dust on the bedroom floor. The grey-mottled white(?) bedsheet had body fluid stains Bathroom windowsill had stubbed out cig butts and old shampoo packets covered with a few months of dust. And we were not alone... the cockroaches ran around, and the mosquitoes entered through the holes in the cardboard that partly covered the broken window. We needed to ask for everything - topsheets, towels, soap , toilet roll etc The room fan (no aircon) did little to cool the hot room. Breakfast was three dry pieces of bread and a fried egg together with a 3in1 coffee, served on your lap in the foyer. We did not ask for another room, as all those we passed with open door were worse! Advice: If you have booked this place then cancel it. I will be contacting Myanmar Tourism to check out why they have licenced this slum.

On a bus route, 10 minutes from Chinatown.”
The staff is good and the batrooms are clean. Lots of mosquitoes so bring bug spray. The price is unbeatable.

Recommended for those who want to just sleep and plan to explore outside and not stay inside.”
The cheapest hostel so far. I would recommend it if you just plan to sleep in the room. The hotel is clean and beds are average. Wifi just works in the lobby area though or up until first floor. Not recommendable for people who feel tired walking up the stairs and for children as mine was on the 6th floor. For just $5/night in a 4-bed mixed dorm, you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for”
The staff were very friendly and helpful and served a nice breakfast in the morning whenever you asked for it. The room was ok but quite run down and the bathroom was very run down without a window just steel bars. I am veryyyy surprised we didn't get cockroaches and rats in there. The place was also full of men sharing rooms which didn't make it the most comfortable at first.

Very doable for one night”
The room was clean, though we asked for extra sheets because it didn't look clean, but think it's just that the washing machine needs the hair and lint cleaned from it cause the clean sheets the gave us also had bits attached. We also got a room with two beds, that were separate heights so we couldn't push them together. The breakfast were to banana and jam crapes, some pieces of fruit and a coffee. We watched the manager, perhaps owner(?) yell at a man who asked if he could shower there. She wanted to charge $2.50. He decided not to, but then went up to say good bye to his friends and she chased him down and yelled at him calling him "worse then a beggar" and that nothing is free in Burma. Guess she thought he was going for the shower though he wasn't carrying anything to shower with? Left a terrible impression of the place.

If you like Myanmar it's an ok option I guess”
Everything is mouldy, black already but that's the case everywhere in yangon as it seems except for government buildings. The included breakfast was ok, 3 slices of toast, 1 egg and some jam + a not so great coffee. The shared bathrooms are also ok even though it doesn't seem as if they clean it. It rather looks as if they rely on the water from showering to do a magic trick and clean the toilet/shower at once. The one good thing was that there was one guy working who spoke quite good english and was really nice and helpful (something very rare in Myanmar as I discovered). He also helped us with taxis who screw you over however they want, which was very kind. Value for money? I can't quite answer that as I had other accomodations in other countries for a lower price and I would say a 100-fold better value but for Myanmar I guess it's good value. I may also have to state it turns out I am not a big fan of Myanmar, so maybe for other people the experience is different.

没有WiFi,卫生条件差,设施陈旧”
I stayed at the hotel two nights, and generally speaking, hotel facility and environment is quite terrible that there is no WiFi connection except reception hall. Aside from that, I have to say bed sheet and pillow are pretty dirty. Bathing room is a disaster, too. Anyway, I don't recommend this hotel to you.

Inconsistent info”
The room I booked has "Aircondition" in its facilities and when I arrived, there was no aircon. I had to call Agoda and insist that the room should be with an aircon as it was stated there. Everything was ironed out eventually but if I didn't have that issue in the first place, I would have given a better rating. The place is near Indian shops, so there's a lot of Indian food and it's also near a BUS stop. Just two stops away from Sule Pagoda.
