1. They don't accept early check-ins. 2. The breakfast is a joke. It's a grab-and-go thing with very limited, very terrible range to choose. And it tastes bad. The breakfast is nothing or worse. 3. They don't clean the room, but it is self-service. That's okay. But the shower sucks. It takes a million years for the hot water and the hot water is not hot at all. 4. The only good thing about it is the staff at the front desk, they are very nice and friendly.

Our room was like 7 layer dip of bad experiences. The room smelled so terrible, other guests were very loud, AC was extremely loud, room was dirty. Very dated facility with long term tenants. There were encampments in the parking lot. It did not feel safe at all

Advertisement is totally wrong. There’s no breakfast, even coffee machine in a room at all. You have to go Target every morning to get a coffee. Just Nothing here, only have a dish package. And Dirty.

Do not fall for the pictures ”
The fridge was making a sound and I couldn’t sleep so I had to unplug it in the middle of the night I didn’t get any towels for showering or pillows for the bed. The toilet was dirty the shower had residue from something, it was disgusting, the whole place smelled like weed and the lobby was filled up with random guys just standing around, the desk didn’t explain how the wifi was to be used they simply marked the network on the card holder and we had to figure it out

Right when I came into room was dirty starting with bathroom. Hair around bathtub and on floors. No wastebasket in room and bathroom. TV remotes didn’t work. Had to YouTube to get it to work. Woke up this morning to take a shower. No hot water. Called front desk saying had to RESET THE HOT WATER. NO SIGN WAS PUT UP TO WARN ME THAT IT WAS GOING TO DO THAT. Recliner was dirty n desk chairs were also dirty. I felt really uncomfortable staying at this hotel. Never again I’m choosing to stay here again and never recommending anyone to. For staying 1 nite I REALLY was disappointed.

This hotel was dirty. It was debris along the hallways, elevator and everywhere you turn. The room bathroom sink was broken. I ask the nice guy at the lobby for items to cook with he said that they didn't have any Pots or utensils. The main reason I booked with them is to use the kitchen. This extended stay was horrible. The only good thing was the helpful guy at the front desk.

There were so many roaches, the building smells bad. The curtains were broken, the sheets had dirty stains like they didn't clean them. I would not recommend or come back.

Decent rooms ”
The room was as to be expected for an extended stay the only thing I didn't like was the area and one of the parking spots in the corner was completely infested with ants I noticed it at about 10pm and it was so bad that we had to go down to the car wash immediately and it was a little sketchy
