Excellent location and honest hotel”
Stayed a couple night for holiday during weekend. Booked via Agoda and check in process done by the friendly staff when smooth. Room are value for money worth to what we spend. Clean, cosy and good amenities. Midnight meal available via room service. Location are main reason we choose this hotel. Its strategically located centre to most shopping mall. Just go with Grab to travel elsewhere and its cost around IDR20k in average My wife has left behind a Fossil hand bag and just realise it after few days checked out. Emailed the property for inquiry and replied efficiently with finding. Thanks to Pak Nanang Hermawan - Hotel Manager who personally engage us. I have really enjoyed my staying at Fave hotel cihampelas. The staff isso friendly. The room, freshroom, isso spacious, furnished with two sofas, a table, big screen tv, and toiletries. The breakfast is so delicious with a variety of food and drinks choices. I will recommend everyone who is looking for a place to stay and yet so close to the famous shoping center, ciwalk.

Friendly staffs (Check In Counter, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Security guard and Engineering) are very friendly and welcoming. I like the strategic location access to Cihampelas walk. Great breakfast foods choices. I couldn't ask for more. Fantastic 3 nights stay in Bandung.

Great location and walking distance to all facilities that we need .. shopping complex, cinemas, karaoke, & variety of restaurants .. just name it ... it's so easy to take Grab to travel anywhere you like with really reasonable price ...

The Room is Comfortable . Staff is helpful and Friendly . Standard Room Size. Stayed in 2065 which is Next to Housekeeping Pantry. It's quite annoying that the next door is constantly open and close.

Love it here! The staff is very friendly. Whenever we walk pass them, they will greet us warmly. The worker is also will ask us if we need to clean our room eventho we dont want to. The facilities inside the room i can say is complete. The space of the room is also big. The location is strategic to sky bridge and ciwalk area we can find variety of food infront of the hotel less than 5mins walk. At the lobby theres a mini mart where u can buy ur supply. The breakfast is okay only but the room deserve 5star hehe. Thank u will stay here again.

All was excellent in term of location, staff, facilities and breakfast even they have locker room to store your luggage after check out. Except for aircond and toilet door. Both need to change with new unit. Overall really recommended and definitely will stay here again

3 nights staying here. Breakfast is delish. Five stars for the location, near bus way center (harmoni). The room is spacious, clean, and good pillows. The male staff (i wont mention the name) was less nice. In 3 nites staying i only got one set of bathroom amenities and should ask for the new one, the soap dispenser was empty, i guessed the housekeeper didnt check well when cleaned up my room. Overall its okay!

Best location, is in middle Cihampelas street.. So there's alot food and store. The pool is join with Aston hotel and breakfast is buffet. Better stay in fave hotel rather than in Aston if you have tight budget.
