My family and I just had a 3-day, 2-night vacation at FLC Sam Son, and we are very satisfied. The rooms are clean and airy, with a beautiful sea view. The most impressive was the receptionist Chi - she is extremely lovely, responds to guests quickly, and is always smiling. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool area across from the hotel. FLC Sầm Sơn is a resort complex consisting of two areas: 1/ The hotel includes two segments: FLC Grand Sầm Sơn (affordable price) and FLC Luxury Sầm Sơn (higher price) 2/ The villa area Both areas are situated within the same aesthetically pleasing and quiet complex, making it very suitable for relaxation purposes. The rooms at FLC offer beautiful views, with some overlooking both the pool and the sea. The furnishings in the rooms are quite luxurious, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff is very professional. The breakfast buffet is diverse and visually appealing. The biggest drawback is that the resort is located quite far from the beach. FLC has a private beach, but around 5 PM when the sun is less intense and suitable for going to the beach, the water level at FLC's swimming area is relatively high, plus there are many uneven rocks, making it quite inconvenient. Although FLC has a large saltwater swimming pool, those tourists wanting to experience ocean waves and sand may still feel somewhat unsatisfied. The second drawback is the regulation regarding the use of electric vehicles for transporting guests. The free shuttle operates within the resort but only takes guests from the accommodation to the beach and does not assist in getting them to the entrance. For elderly guests in wheelchairs, the hotel does not have an exception support policy. If guests have relatives in wheelchairs, they must "ask" the manager for assistance and it is uncertain whether support will be granted. It seems unreasonable for tourists who have paid for a five-star service to have to "ask" for a service from the hotel. I hope that those managing the hotel will establish more reasonable regulations. Wishing FLC Sầm Sơn continued improvement and growth.

For the first time experiencing FLC Sam Son, I checked into a room with a beautiful pool view. The room is spacious and clean, with 2 bedrooms suitable for a family of 4 plus 1 baby. I had lunch at the Fish restaurant, and the food was very delicious. The mackerel in tomato sauce and the sour clam soup were extremely tasty, delighting the children who ate a lot of rice. The restaurant staff was friendly and enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was a bit dissatisfied with one female receptionist who was not welcoming to customers at all. I stood waiting for 10 minutes right at the counter while she completely ignored me, didn't bother to say hello, nor did she mention that she was busy with another customer and asked me to wait a bit. The spa at FLC is very good. My husband and I used the spa service at 10 PM, quite late, but the spa staff was very attentive, professional, and skilled. If you have the chance, everyone should experience the spa at FLC.

This is the fourth or fifth time coming back to FLC, still the ideal destination in Thanh Hoa in general and Sam Son in particular. The swimming pool must be the largest in the North, far surpassing similar hotels in Quang Ninh (except for Vin Ha Long) because it has its own private beach. The rooms in the Grand section are still new, clean, beautiful, and fragrant, with great views from every room. Another plus point is the staff is extremely enthusiastic, attentive, and gentle. The food could be improved a bit to be more diverse. However, compared to the prices, FLC is truly an excellent choice in the North.

I’ve been to this Resorts several times. It is not too far by car and it has a very nice golf course. We went this time was CNY so the place was pretty much empty which we liked it a lot. The FLC has tried its best to maintain its glory days but I must say things have worn out a bit. It seemed that there hasn’t been proper investment or renovations that needed. For example the room decor looked old, the bathroom amenities were inadequate as compared to some years back. The service staff seemed new and somehow lacked that hospitality level it used to possess. To the golf course, the downgrading was more obvious with worse fairways and greens, bad electric carts that need to be replaced long ago. Still, it was a beautiful linked course! Overall, I still recommend this resorts for families and golfers, specially those from Hanoi. There are plenty of nice seafood restaurants nearby and the beach is clean and private. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor also is nice. Look to return and see new upgrade soon!
