Front desk female staff on check out were were welcoming and helpful. Excellent service. The thing I really didn’t appreciate was that on check in, the front desk man was quite condescending and had a real macho attitude towards my female Moroccan friend and I, an American.

Not sure if a 4 star rating is appropriate, as this hotel is a bit old, and more fitting to 3 star category in my mind . But other than that, it is maintained well, and staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is good, breakfast is very good. Price is cheap too. Highly recommend in deed.

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the boulevard and Medina. Great place to get back to. Breakfast has a good selection and staff is friendly and helpful. Note to add: at check-in we had to pay a city tax which I thought was included in the price, but nothing outrageous...

Hôtel bien situé au point d’intersection Médina/Centre ville. Il est proche de toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme et reste à l’écoute du client. Petit déjeuner copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. A proximité de la plage et la médina, pratique pour découvrir des endroits sympa à pied. Équipé d'un Spa, je recommande, pris très abordables (25€-60€). Pas équipé d'une salle de sport. Piscine bien entretenue.

Cet Hôtel est très bien situé avec 2 parkings privé, les points fort de cet Hôtel sont la vue panoramique si vous avez une chambre vue sur la baie de tanger et la gentillesse du personnel à la réception,les botonier,sécurité, serveurs....personel au top attentif et à l ecoute. Petit déjeuner variés,les chambres spacieuse les femmes de chambre font aussi un boulot remarquable,bref c est la première fois que je sejourne à Fredj Hôtel et ça ne sera pas la dernière sert..merci au receptineste qui m a trouvé une solution et a changé la chambre sans hésiter, il est vraiment professionnel ce gars, à bientôt
