Cheap, clean hotel with all the amenities you need; and great service”
I booked a single room and it was perfect - TV, fridge, hot water, air-con, relatively new/ modern, mini-bar.... it was ridiculously cheap, it a good location near the river, market, loacal and western food outlets.... The service was great. A good example was there were no bus tix to Hoi An on the tour list; only a reasonably priced Hoi An tour. The staff suggested I walk around the corner and buy a $1USD bus tix from the DaNang Touriist Centre; where you can also book a free Da Nang Walking Tour 😀

reviews about this hotel is nearly the same as what I've experienced here. The room quality is really good but if it has a city view from windows it would be beter. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. You can rent a bike to travel around the city and even the beach very conveniently. At last, the prize is reasonable. I definitely come back to Fulmar next time.

A perfect place!”
The hotel is located very conveniently in the centre of Da Nang, so that all places you might want to visit are easy to reach. Yet, the hotel was very quiet. My room was very clean (cleaned every day) and offered all kinds of amenities (shampoo, a kettle, a fridge, tootbrushes, a fan, air-con, ...). The staff was very friendly, and answered all my requests immediately (there was only air-con when I arrived, and because I don't like air-con, they brought me a fan; they also provided me with a kettle, rented me a good quality motorbike at a cheap price, ...). 100% recommended!

Short and Sweet”
I only stayed at Fulmar for one night, but overall it was a pleasant experience. As people have mentioned the rooms are indeed quite small, but as a solo traveler it didn't really matter as I only spent time sleeping in my room. I'm not sure if this hotel is new or recently had renovations, but it is extremely clean and has that "brand new" feel to it. The TVs have a full cable selection (english channels included). I also had the pleasure of chatting with two of the receptionists (1 male, 1 female) and they were both very friendly and knowledgable, and they both spoke excellent english! The beds are a little hard, but personally I prefer that, and it's Vietnam so that's pretty standard.

Comfort at an affordable price”
I stayed here a total of three times over the course of my stay in Da Nang, and I loved it every time. It seemed to be random if you got a higher floor, better room, or a lowe floor basic room, but all of them were of a good value for your dollar. I had an early flight to HCMC on my last night's stay in Fulmar, and I accidentally woke the sleeping receptionist up at 4:30 in the morning. She just smiled and called me a taxi. I love this place for a cheap, budget hotel in Da Nang.

Very good, clean, small but perfectly equipped rooms with fridge, good wardrobe, speedy staff”
we a room in to he quiet backyard. good quality bed. and even when small, everything you need is there - fridge, hairdryer, dim-light, table etc etc. WiFi in good quality, international plugs. we could not even drink a glass of water, until our rented motorbike arrived. thank you. my next time in Da Nang again.

Very good”
The hotel is very central. CLose to Da Nang market and beach, but still in a quiet street. Hotel is new and also seems new. Room and bathroom are very clean and there's a lift. Only thing I don't like is that there's no breakfast and the bed is too hard. Staff is very nice. Arranged a cheap moterbikedriver for me, so I could go to Marble Mountains.

It's Vietnam! An ok hotel. ”
A small room with, maybe, too much furniture, but it had everything I required. I'm fussy but I'd stay here again if I was in DaNang. A firm bed; they've all been firm since I've been in Vietnam. Top floor - which I requested; elevator and then 1 flight of stairs, had a large balcony with a view. I arrived just before midnight . The hotel was easy to find because of the LARGE neon sign at the top of the building. I was greeted by a smiling face after a 12 hour TRAIN journey which was very welcoming.

great value for a single room”
I think this place has been a bit underrated. I stayed in a single room for one night and I was quite impressed with the facilities. Everything seemed newly remodeled and had a fresh scent. The room smelled like clean laundry when I walked in and the bed was super comfortable. Yes, it was a bit cozy, but not claustrophobic--plenty of space for one person. The staff were helpful even if they weren't outgoing. One strange thing that happened was when they helped me hire a xe om (motorbike taxi) to the bus station. The driver kept asking if I wanted to go to Hue by motorbike and I kept saying no, I want to go by bus. When we got near the station, he flagged down a bus that has already left. Once I sat down, the conductor tried to charge me 200,000 VND--about four times what it should cost. I argued and got off the bus. I actually used to live in Vietnam and know a bit of Vietnamese and he was still trying to charge me too much. The xe om driver was still outside the bus, which I thought was strange, and I figured maybe he had a part in trying to scam me--why else would he wait around unless he knew the driver was going to try to overcharge me? He offered to take me to the bus station, but I didn't trust him and walked there instead. Anyway, the hotel probably had nothing to do with any of this, but I wouldn't recommend having them hire a xe om for you just in case.

Great budget hotel, clean, friendly”
Hotel in a good location to walk to Han Market, river and some restaurants. Rooms are small but that was okay with us... rooms were clean and WiFi worked well. Only negative is that the air con wasn’t amazing... we had the air con and fan on overnight but it was still stuffy and hot. Friendly staff and was able to rent a motorbike from the hotel which was perfect. Lovely stay here :)

Greater than expected”
It was very very nice. Staffs are very friendly. They introduced us some daily tour with acceptable price (cheaper than expected). Good location. Room is small but quite organized then we don't feel it's too narrow. Room is clean, wifi is a bit weak, equipments in the room or elevator are very ok. In general I have nothing to complain even, with the budget price :)

Room rate was very reasonably priced. Adequate room with good selection of tv programs. Location very near to Han River and the shopping mall. The staff in the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The wifi in room was fast and strong. The only thing is the shower head was not functioning properly during my stay. Apart from that, I am quite happy with this hotel, with the money I paid. Highly recommended if you have a tight budget.

Just right for solo traveller”
Pros: cheaper clean all basics toiletries clean towels sandals etc provided. For slightly more than hostel price you get a room with attached bathroom n lots privacy. Cons: room size but wouldn't consider it a con since the price is low. But the waterflow is the weakest ive experienced, you need at leat five minutes to rinse out the shampoo and soap on your body, just do both at same time so you don't have to rinse twice lol

Good location, but everything is below average”
We were trying to find a hotel with affordable price on the firework festival in Da Nang. This one was one of the cheapest at that time, and quite close to Han River bridge. After arrival, we found it very disappointing. Our room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator could only drop us on the 6th floor, which means we had to use the stairs. The room was too small, though with acceptable view. Water was like droppings from the shower. The staff there were quiet and passive; we rarely saw them smile. We really doubt that we will come back anytime in the future.
