The bathroom light in the main bath did not stay on. Had to use a piece of tape to make it work. The shower door almost fell in the bathtub. There was no dustpan, pizza pan. The freezer was not cold and did not make ice in the trays.

The maintenance couple was EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME!!! If Jaime didn’t give us a few packages of coffee we would not have had any.
No dish soap, no shampoo. Trial size items would have been nice . If you don’t have those things then don’t rent for short stays. I was only there for 1 night and was under the impression it was like a hotel stay but not the case.

Location. Was 5 minutes from convention center where we had to be for an event the next morning
There were no checkout instructions. I sent several emails asking what needed to be done and no response. Fortunately, saw posting n elevator about trash but had to search for the bins. Hopefully, I was not charged for not doing something as expected upon checkout, but no checklist to work from. Plus, pull out bed was fill of crumbs

The location is close to alot of attractions.
The condo could use a deep cleaning, new cookware and free use of laundry facility. Public needs to be aware that the condo is on a slope, so its not really ideal for anyone in a wheelchair or with health issues, especially if you plan on walking anywhere.

You could walk to most of the shops on the lower end, but I wouldn't try to walk to the end and then back with a toddler anyway. It was well worth the value. Both bathrooms were spacious enough. Beautiful view of town and mountain.
Was looking to save money since we weren't going to be in much just to sleep, but if you want to enjoy the time you are at "the house," just pay extra to stay in cabin. We ended up spending more on activities to keep the kids busy if we just had a hot tub or air hockey/pool table at the location.

Room was nice. Great location and beautiful view.
The air unit flooded our private balcony. So we couldn't use it. Discovered that the first 20 minutes we were there. The king bedroom was hot, no air flow in the room. Had to use a box fan and it didn't help much. The television in the living room was sitting on a small table and wasn't very stable. Not great for someone with small children. I had my 2 yr old with us and she got hurt on the balcony when we first arrived. We stayed in room 402 at Gatlinburg Chateau. Never had a complaint until now.

We have loved this site until this visit I literally sat down and cried when we entered our room. we have always been more than satisfied with the condos until this fiasco. it was filthy and holes in walls. All other times we were in great condos!
Everything, but they got us a better condo in a different location that was suffice.

i love the location of the property and I love staying there.
the floor need some work. i felt like it would fall in. there need to be curtains in the bedrooms because I get light at 5:30 and the daylight comes right in. The mattress need to be replaced.
