The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room looks like luxury, when I stayed I felt like I'm a queen. Lol. The breakfast so delicious. But maybe the hotel need to be more aware for cleanliness in locker near by pool

The room is huge! I loved it! The location is very strategic! 2 minutes away from Adidas Factory Outlet, 3 minutes away from Puma Factory Outlet, 5 minutes away from One Eighty Cafe, 5-7 minutes away from Nike Factory Outlet, 10 minutes away from Eiger Factory Outlet, 10 minutes away from Kartika Sari and it's all by walk.

Great Accomodation”
We are lucky to get a big Family Suite room with a half price to accomodate four of us. The room is superb with 2 single beds on the loft and 1 queen bed below. The service is good but the location is great with many shops and cafes and restos close by.

Perfect for Family Staycation”
I've been living in Bandung for two years, but just discovered this hotel by accident. Had a great time here. Spacious rooms, well-maintained despite being affected by pandemic. Pool was small, but clean. There were only few staffs, but they really did their best to help us during our stay. The only cons were the elevator and my room phone. Both were not working.

small little fancy hotel at my favorite location in the city. clean and spacious room with classic decor, i love the loft suite very much, very comfy, good breakfast, good room service and laundry service (and fast also), polite and friendly staffs, especially at the cafe, laundry and housekeeping staffs. thank you for your hospitality, geulis dago.

If you want to stay near Dago area, I think this place will suit you the most. Also the room is really spacious, and it's really clean. The staff also very friendly. One thing that I'm concerned though is a breakfast menu. They have really limited variety of food, but that's okay. I mean, you are in Dago location. You can search any breakfast outside the hotel. Oh ya, please be careful if you bring your car and you want to check out in Sunday morning, because they have Car Free Day until 10AM outside the hotel, and you can't bring your car out the hotel.

My Favourite Hotel since 10 years ago”
Positive: 1 Location:right in the middle of famous and busy Dago Street; surrounded by restaurants and stores; walking distance to famous Institut Technology Bandung (ITB); walking distance to Salman mosque; every Sunday morning during car free day the hotel is at the center of attraction 2 Room: spacious, classy, clean with comfortable bed 3 Breakfast: only in week end, limited choice but taste good Negative: Last two visits, AC is not working properly but the staffs manage to fixed it. Once I got a room with inconvenience bed setting --- facing the large window and strong sun light; TV is on the right side of the bed. I don't like that room

Great stay but the laundry is complete ripoff”
Happy to stay here, wish the bed could be firmer but it was personal taste, breakfast was simple but decent, the hotel was small but the room is big, some of the staff is really friendly, overall my problem was mostly with the laundry, when I ask them how much they didn't answer just told me to leave it, so I did cost around 20$ for couple of cloth that have total weight around 2kg I think.
