LOVED THIS HOTEL!”
OMG! This place was amazing. Though it is far from the beach this place was extremely comfortable. The rooms were very charming! The beds were probably the most comfortable I slept on after visiting 5 other hotels during this trip. The service in the hotel restaurant was amazing. We ended up eating here most nights due to its convenience and as we were coming to the end of our 28-day trip my partner was tired of waking all around Thailand. The food was wonderful! We didn't pay for breakfast but did eat off their ala-carte menu. The people working in the restaurant remembered us every time. They even remembered our room number and she walked the food up for us! She was so sweet! There was a mini balcony which was nice because we could open the door and get a nice breeze. In the rooms, they had umbrellas and flip-flops. They had shampoo and body wash. Smelled great. Their shower was wonderful. Nice and warm... stayed at a few places where it wasn't so this was a treat. The people at the front desk did seem pretty busy most of the time. The rooftop pool was beautiful at night. My family went up there and had a few drinks from the GLOW VW van. They delivered food to us too! The staff was very friendly! Oh, and they even had Netflix on the TV so we were able to sign in and watch American movies which was much needed since my partner was tired and needed a break from walking, and their TV was the biggest out of all the places too. They had a hair dryer there that I was so glad they had. I loved how the rooms were decorated! They put a lot of thought into the little touches that make this place comfortable! Thank you GLOW Pattaya for creating such a relaxing and comfortable place for my family and I!

My 5th time @ Glow”
Another great stay @ GLOW. This Hotel offers really clean rooms with good beds and state-of-the-art airconditioning. Choose Breakfast included as the breakfast offers daily variety in fresh fruits and main meals. Real Filter Coffee and a very nice staff. Staff of the Hotel in general is very professional - guided by the female manager who is taking care of all needs. I like the pool on the roof (8th floor) as there is always nice wind. Its good that the Hotel is not located at a street crossing - so less noise and less air pollution than in the center. I will definetely come back.

First Stay in Glow”
Before booking at Glow I checked many of the references and decided to give it a try. My Room was on the fifth floor as required and it was a quiet room. I had a booking including breakfast and I am happy that I did Choose this option. You can have a full breakfast including main dishes so you do not have to go for lunch > so you do not have to leave the hotel into the areas around where Covid is very present. The hotel handling is good > everything save, There’s a 7-Eleven if you want 200 meters to the. right and a local food market with a family mart 150 meters to the left, if go right and then 8oo meters straight you find the brand new outlet of Daiso with Sushi , sashimi, soups , barbecue and special rolls and oysters. Every third day I went there for a 500 but Buffet offer including drinks and ice cream - it’s not Buffet - everything is unlimited to order and definitely fresh. Best 👍🏿 About 400 m further on that road I found on the right side a excellent Thai Food Shop and Restaurant for daytime food. Very reasonable and super fresh. Somewhere between this two restaurants there is a Café Amazon to get a nice espresso or cappuccino. All in walking distance. I used the Physio Clinic 3 doors next to the Hotel and a Indo-Thai-Massage Center next to the 7 Eleven > both excellent. Finally I have to tell you about the really good roof and pool area on floor number eight - find there a new small aircon gym for a workout - staying at the pool its very nice because it’s always windy and you have a very nice view to Sattahip or to downtown which is so near. As the location is not at the beach or second road you are lucky, Because here you can avoid all the pollution from the street and cars and the pub / bar noises. Pool temperatures are always very cool up here and they check the water quality daily. Tonight they opened their roof bar and I enjoyed a 50 bhat Singha - so as I already commented in my other review: this is a very comforting place 👍🏿

Hi , The glow team is as really good , I asked for cleaning the room and provide new towels , they happily obliged to . Special mention to Ikkayu is ho was really friendly and understood customers problems easily , really smart and helpful person , helped me with a cut on my feet during swimming . Thanks to the reception team and support staff for making the stay pleasant . only thing I would say is that they should allow private drinks and food in the rooftop seating arena as it is not part of swimming pool area. Swimming pool was really nice and refreshing and cleanly maintained.

The 1st thing you will notice is the ambience of this place, clean very well maintained. The cleaning staff does a great job by keeping the rooms, bathrooms spic and span. Always book with breakfast option, you won't be disappointed, they have some more options for vegetarians compared to other hotels. The Canteen Staff were exceptional. Would love to come back again!

Nearby to 7e and local convenience store. By using “Bolt” app, you can go anywhere especially the beach with very cheap price compared to “Grab” app. Room is very spacious, clean and quiet. Should have stayed here for 3 nights. Worth every penny. Gym and swimming pool is also very good. Except that in the swimming pool area, you cannot bring outside F&B

Stayed here so many times in the last year it feels like home. Great little gym and the rooftop pool is amazing. The staff are always so polite and helpful. Best hotel staff I've met on my journey's. The room I get always has 2 queen beds. The internet is excellent and so is the tv. Had breakfast included to try it out and it's well worth paying the extra to get. Strategic place. Nearby to 7e and other local convenience store. Room is also very quiet and clean. To go to the beach is also very near. The only thing that is off for me is we need to walk out from the counter and go to the other building to our room. Facilities such as gym and swimming pool also need to go to the other building.
