Grand Josun Busan ”
We checked in very late (well rather very early 1:30AM on 30 July). The staff was great, as they were very helpful and polite. Upon entering our room my children noticed water leakage from the ceiling and water on the floor. I reported it to the front desk and we were generously upgraded to a suite. Since it was also mine and my husband’s anniversary the hotel gifted us with wine and cookies- such a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Josun. The amenities are great and the location phenomenal. We loved that the hotel has a few restaurants, a Starbucks, an E-Mart convenience, store, and is right on the beach, like literally on Haeundae beach. We enjoyed our stay despite the super crowded weekend and the super long lines at the elevator. We will definitely be back.

Although outdoor pool was small, the ocean view was nice and we could enjoy swimming indoor pool which was good size. And also all the staffs were so nice and attentive. They were super quick to respond to whatever I needed. Thank you! We had wonderful time. Will definitely come back. :)

Mini marina bay sands in busan”
Spent 1 night at this splendid hotel. Was amazing as they had a pool that overlooks the beach. Amazing amenities. Location is at the heart of busan’s beach. However, will only stay again if there is a promotion as it’s rather pricey for ordinary folks.

family trip to Busan”
We drove to Busan from Seoul so we only had 2 nights stay at the Grand Josun. I was very pleased with the location and recently renovated rooms. We had a beautiful ocean front view rooms with sofa. Our kids had a standard room with ocean front view. Both rooms very immaculate clean. Staffs were very friendly and definitely we'll be back.

Wonderful stay at Grand Josun”
Loved our stay here. Staff is very polite and friendly and caters to your need. Beautiful room, very soft beds, nice pool! Definitely would recommend staying here. Perfect spot at the beach! Would recommend staying in half beach view or beach view as the city view is a bit noisy with traffic.

Does not do justice to the "Grand Josun" brand”
While the Grand Josun Busan carries the familiar aesthetic that the brand is known for, there was much lacking in comfort, convenience and its customer service. The pool area is much too small and was extremely crowded with no seating/loungers available through most of the day. The Grand Josun Busan is a glorified 4* hotel despite its recent renovations.

Great value - slow elevators”
We got the room for $212 and it was worth it because the swimming pool had unlimited access and was included in the room price. Many other hotels these days you have to pay for pool separately and you can go once during your stay. The room included all of our 4 person family. The elevators are sooooo slow. They only had 2 and probably needed 4. Sometimes we had to wait almost 10 minutes

This hotel was fantastic in all its aspects! I loved staying here and would definitely visit again. The room, staff, amenities and services were all great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan. I visited this hotel with a group of 3 friends and we booked two different hotel rooms (the Deluxe type) and it was perfect. The staff listened to our needs & special requirements well.
