I recently stayed at this property with my elderly parents. The staffs were professional, helpful, and friendly. However, the sofa bed provided for me was uncomfortable, as it was sunk in the middle and was in a poor condition. While the overall experience was positive, I hope the management considers improving the sofa beds for guests with extra members.
Once again, I had a terrible experience with this hotel—similar to what I encountered previously at their nearby branch. Around midnight, as I was about to sleep, the guests in the adjacent room became extremely noisy—dragging furniture, talking, and laughing excessively loud. The main issue wasn’t just the noise, but the connecting door between rooms 316 and 317, which made the sound even more intrusive. I tried calling the reception multiple times, but all they did was call the other room, which didn’t resolve anything. What made it worse was that the guests next door kept trying to open the connecting door, which made me feel very uncomfortable and even scared. I couldn’t sleep until 4 a.m. I came to this hotel to relax, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this kind of experience with this hotel chain, and it’s really disappointing.
I was hesistant at first to book at this hotel after reading the reviews, but i needed somewhere to stay in Al Jaddaf. To be fair, it was a pleasant experience, rooms were simple but clean. The toilet was poorly designed, the water pressure on sink tap was very poor, but shower pressure made up for it. The car park was small. The location was good, close to metro and motorway. The check in service was prompt. I wouldnt rate the hotel as 4 Star.

The location is what sets it apart. Decent hotel, asked for a king bed but turns out they combined 2 twin beds, which wasn’t the most comfortable. No amenity kit or anything of that sort in the room/washroom. Staff were good at check in and check out. Slightly expensive during time of stay due to gulffood at WTC so take into consideration. Water pressure was low and had a strange smell at times. All else, good stay.

“Decent, but need to pay attention to cleaning schedule ”
However, the Cleaning guys are quite poorly managing the cleaning, since they are quite chatty during cleaning, which disturb other guests rest , and they need to be called first to be reminded to come clean the room, i think this is unnecessary considering 4 star hotel rating. Please pay attention to this, so we as customer dont need to follow up just to ensure they will come, its quite exhausting. All stay is good, the receptionist services are excellent, nothing to complain about, esp the asian ladies are very helpful in managing my needs during check-in and check-out period. Location good, 10 min from Al Jaddaf Metro, very strategic location nearby high end luxury apartments, nice and calm areas, with safe surroundings, quite seclusive.
