Overall my stay was ok . My room was comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. I have only two comments about their pool and restaurant. The pool area needs work, the deck is aging and needs updating as the planks are brittle to walk on. One of them broke as I was standing and one of my legs fell in with minor scratches. Once I told the staff, they had the broken plank replaced . They offered me a free ride to the airport for this incident but I didn’t need one . The next day the front staff gave me a small bike of oil to apply on my leg. That was nice of them. The restaurant appears to have poor ventilation and the smells from the cooking oil and general food seeped into my clothes and I would have to change clothes daily to get rid of it.

The hotel was good. It didn’t exceed or fall short of our expectations. We tried getting an early check in but was unsuccessful. The room was clean but the windows faced a brick wall so there was no view. The bathroom was stocked but we didn’t like the glass wall and no lock on bathroom door. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and the rooftop pool was a good addition. The location is pretty good! The beach and plenty of restaurants was within walking distance. Overall, we had a good stay.
I stayed at a different hotel before coming here. After 2 nights, I decided to book 2 more nights. The hotel, although has a few old details, is generally clean and new (probably renovated). The staff is okay, polite; the breakfast staff proactively helped me get food when they saw me holding my child. Since we travel a lot, my family chose a room without a window, but in reality, there is still a ventilation window + decoration. The room design is smart, comfortable (a bit dark due to the yellow light) but overall modern and clean. The TV occasionally lags with the Wi-Fi but it's okay, very necessary because with young children, you can't avoid needing to let them watch YouTube. The towels, although a bit old, are clean and absorbent (there was one time they had a slight smell as if they were still damp). But compared to the previous hotel I stayed at for the same price, this one scores 8 out of 10 versus 4 out of 10. If I return to Da Nang or if someone I know comes, I will definitely recommend this place. Satisfactory experience.

I arrive Wednesday night and I booked room without window. The guy on the front desk kindly upgraded me for free. The was so clean, bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing. Wifi was a little slow for smart tv , but everything was perfect. Then the next morning breakfast was amazing , could put some cereal for westerners. There is a great selection of breakfast and changes every day. And they are happy to cook you fresh eggs sunny side up. That’s what I like. The two lady’s running the dining room, vy ,phuoc are so amazing always looking to help you. These two ladies are always there for you to help during breakfast. Then lunch time I enjoyed their amazing rooftop pool. I am definitely coming back with my girlfriend. She unfortunately couldn’t come this trip. I tried to book more nights but was fully booked.
