the best hotel i ever stay”
conclusion this is the best hotel i ever stay my son had vomiting in middle of the night(nearly 1AM), we had no choice but call for room service , they show up within 10 mins! the guy clean our sheets with smiling in the end the location is perfect , i can go any restaurants in terminal 21 in 10mins! also the water park it's really cool for kids, my son spent at least 2 hours everyday in the warter after brakfast , it is only 0.3 meter deep , our family stay perfet 5 days in the hotel , thanks Grande Centre Point Pattaya

The Grande Center Point Pattaya is the perfect family resort for those who are looking for the best location and full facility hotel with amazing sea views. The hotel is connected to the new Terminal 21 shopping mall which offers a plethora of shops and good food, including the cheapest food court you've ever seen. Kids and adults will spend hours in the unique water park with multiple water slides, and a pool overlooking the sea. Good Hotel in Great Location.”
This brand new hotel in Pattaya. Located near Dolphin round about in the famed North Pattaya. They have direct access to huge department store "Terminal 21". The room is spacious, large room with great view (most of them have sea view). Ensuite guest bathroom equipped with self washing toilet, love it. Family may loved this hotel, because there is huge water park with many water park stations for kids to enjoy. The food is great. There is free ice & snack vending machines at lift lobby on entire floor.

this hotel located in north pattaya, same area terminal21 department store. staff really nice, clean room nice facilities, good sea view. there have two things that I thing this hotel is suit for family with children because First lots of family with small children stay here for water park. very noisy and chaotic. Second, there hare 5 elevators but have to wait for long time which hotel have 32 floors. I don't like this point.

The hotel was located in the center of north Pattaya and also connected to Terminal 21 Pattaya which made everything easy and comfortable. There are a lot of activities and facilities to do here and suited for Family and friend group. (beautiful pool , fitnese and spa) The service are very fast and professional with friendly smile. Fantastic new hotel in Pattaya”
This new hotel in Pattaya is state of the art, has some really nice touches like star lighting in the ceiling above the bed, not to mention the King bed is beyond a conventional king size and is quiet noticeably larger. To Western standard it is a comfortable medium firmness, certainly not soft but not rock hard like other hotels in Asia. The bathroom is quiet small but has plenty of room in the shower and bath area, its nice to see the shower separate of the bath and not requiring you to hop in and out of a bath tub for a shower. The toilet is a state of the art American Standard top of the range electronic toilet, has all the cool features of Japanese toilets and then some, such as a more western sized seat which is nice. Views from the balcony are awesome, on the south facing side you can see the entire Pattaya beach shoreline and pretty much the entire rest of the beach area. Definitely will be coming back soon as it's also an excellent location due to Terminal 21 being connected.

Great, brand-new hotel. Lacks cosiness and alcohol.”
In case you weren't aware this hotel does not sell alcohol. Wasn't informed of this at any point in the booking process. Otherwise fantastic hotel, brand new with all the modern touches. Beautiful lighting in-room, the ceiling had starry lights that were a dream to fall asleep to, really comfy bed as well. Hotel overall lacks a bit of cosiness, some people do prefer wide open spaces but I felt it lacked a bit of charm, also the vending machines on every floor added to this slight flaw, not something you would expect in a 5* hotel. Otherwise best hotel you can stay in so far in Pattaya, extra plus that its part of Terminal 21 (same developper).

A great new point”
Travel with my cousin this time. I chose this hotel coz the reviews shows it’s exceptional in Pattaya, so just booked then. Once I arrived, feeling like surrounded by Tiffany blue color, and their friendly staffs handle everthing very quick and upgraded us to better view rooms, which was very nice. Also, they provide plenty of choices on breakfast and have a breathtaking sky bar. This stay is absolutely more than I expected, so just give them all 5 stars.

Fun for both adults and kids”
The hotel is situated near the Pattaya beach of top of the Terminal 21 shopping mall. The swimming pool is of a regular size but it has a kid area with two slides, which are perfect for small children ( the taller one only allows 5 years or older ). Other facilities including the gym, the kids zone and the small games areas are also good. Breakfast was also of a very good quality with alot of choices. The one downside is that the rooms are relatively small. We ( 3 adults and 2 young kids ) took the connected room package and yet the room(s) is just big enough. We did visited during off peak season so we were doing all the activities with very little companies. It might be different during peak. Overall, a very nice and good experience.

Location is prefect! Connected with Terminal 21, the new shopping mall at Pattaya, It has some nice restaurant and food court. Hotel room is cozy and fashionable design, feel relax when having drinks at balcony which facing to the sea. The rooftop bar got a nice view, there’s just one thing make disappointed is no alcoholic drinks seemed right there, but you could bring your own on if dinning there! Overall starting experience is good, I will recommend this hotel to family traveller, swimming pool is prefect for kids :)

Despite the traffic in the area and the usual parking mayhem (hotel gets its own floor) our one night stay was superb. Only opened the day before yet the staff all seemed on point with little evidence of the newness of their tasks and surroundings. The room (corner deluxe) had a great view right across the city, a great bed and bathroom as well - as expected. Breakfast was a solid affair with plenty of offerings. Real coffee as well. Gym is well appointed and will not disappoint. The only odd thing was the absence of alcohol. On the 32nd floor roof deck and at the bar area near the pool. Didnt look at room service so cant say if there or not. Perhaps the license got held up? Small point as there is more than enough options nearby for this. And yes, the mall underneath is teeming with a unique blend of boutique shops - many of which dont feature elsewhere in the city. A pleasure to stay here and a bargain at the opening promotional prices.

Perfect location, fit for shopping and access to everywhere within Pattaya. Greetings from friendly and helpful staffs once meet us every time. Big, clean and tidy room with comfortable bed. Can add more equipment in gym. Full of fun with the hotel facilities, but the location of table tennis is windy and not ideal to play. More direction can be provided for getting towel for swimming pool. Great for value and definitely will stay here again.

It was our first stay here. After visiting many 5star hotels in Pattaya, we were amazed by their facility&convenient location. they have both outside&inside kids playground, swings, evening bubble party on Thurs-Sun etc. A lot of fun! its also accessible to Terminal21, large shopping mall. so no hussle to find restaurants.(foodcourt on 3rd floor is very cheap too) The only little disappointment was that rooftop doesn't serve any alchohol.. We'll try larger size room with bathtub next time.

Excellent Location with stunning view of seaside(room facing) & surrounding vicinity with many food outlets within distant. Adjacent to a Great Mall(Terminal 21). We will definitely return for a stay(provided with good offer for accommodation where we can stretch our $$$$$ to enjoy Golfing & Sightseeing with longer stay) Surely, we would certainly recommend to our friends who are retirees to make their money worth if the offers are right. We plan to go back in August & bring friends too. In order for our friends to endorse our statements & recommendations, your offers/deal must be compatible with other hotels/facilities!
