I liked being on the ground floor, and the tub. I also liked the kitchen. Thankful for being reassigned a better facility which had an ocean view.

I thought there was to be an ocean view at Gulf Terrace. I took a nap on the love seat, and when I woke up I woke up to baby roaches ant then I saw two adults. I don't have them in my home and did not expect to pay $679 to live with them on vacation. that is why I took video and sent to office.

I liked having a small, home away from home, with everything I could possibly need, included! Aside from the cramped space, for my wheelchair to move around in, I loved the place! It was close to everything we wanted to do except for it not being an ocean front property, as was advertised. That was a huge disappointment!

It was a little bit small and cramped in, to be advertised as a handicap accessible unit. I had a hard time getting around in it. And was listed as an ocean front property, and was not! But it came up under my search filters,which were, oceanfront, and wheelchair accessible, pool. The only one that was true, was the pool. I will be booking our return trip, elsewhere, somewhere that I can call the actual property, to make sure the place I'm interested in, has everything I need it to have. I'm disappointed that it didn't meet my needs and wasn't oceanfront, keeping me from being able to rent the motorized beach wheelchair, I'd made plans for, that without it being oceanfront, it made that unavailable to me. Messing up, all the plans we had of going to the beach, daily for some sun, before our plans of the day, because we had the beach just a walk and ride in my motorized sand wheelchair, to the beach, and accessible to us, any time,day or night! It being falsely listed as oceanfront, is why I chose this place, over the others, I was comparing it too, before booking it, but it was in fact, as I feared, too good to be true! A fact that I was made aware of, only after I had booked it, and called the property directly to ask a question about it and was told it was a couple of miles to the nearest public beach! Very disappointed with the booking, but not the property, it was great and we enjoyed our stay there, knowing that it wasn't by fault of the property, that it was barely accessible to me, so I made do, with a bad situation and had a great time at our little condo apartment!

The property has a great location!

We travelled with our two young children. Upon arrival it was 62 F in the house at night. The HVAC system was wirelessly disconnected, so, we did not have access to heat or cold in the house. Our children were dressed in long sleeves and bundled to keep them warm. We have tried every evening unsuccessfully to contact Vacasa to have our HVAC turned on to only be redirected to a different department that offered no answers or help. We asked to be transferred to a different condo but were told that everything was booked up. We felt profoundly desperate, frustrated and disappointed. No one was there to answer our questions or provide help when needed. This is not a safe place!

It told me it was 2 bedrooms and all the appliances were old ...the back door wouldn’t open from the outside and the front door doesn’t lock at all that kinda worried me due to my minor kids

It met our basic needs. The pictures in the add were misleading. Pools were not inviting, overall for the money thought it was not worth it.

The add on the booking sight is misleading, units in disrepair, and when first pulling in some units are unoccupied or being renovated. Not very appealing. Disappointed with the money spent. Will not recommend, nor will I stay there again. Upon arrival there were long black hairs in the bath tub, shower walls, and on some of the towels that were folded in the linen area. My daughter has blonde hair. Did not take any pictures of the unit. Did not want too.

The facilities could use some professional cleaning and removal of spider webs on the outside of the front door. The bed and living room set was very uncomfortable.

There was alot of things broken, Not very clean, I thought it would have been extra clean due to Covid but no it wasn't! Tried to get in touch with the booking place, Could NOT talk to anyone. They left Trash in the laundry room on top of the washer and dryer.

Nice condo, pools were clean and nice.
