Nice room and very helpful staff”
I only planned to stay here for one night, but the day I arrived I started coming down with strong flu, I ended up staying for 3 nights not being able to do much. But the whole time the staff and the owner helped me out whenever I needed it, offering to take me to the pharmacy and going down the road to get a phone top up for me, etc.. The room had a great view too so it was a nice place to be stuck for 3 days. Would recommend if you're in Ha Long Bay

Seemed more interested in selling me a tour than anything else. Room included breakfast but at 7am the only person working was the guy asleep in reception. I wasn't too bothered though as the room was very cheap. The room had some rubbish on the floor by the bed, still it wasn't horrendous for the price.

The hotel is ok if you want to stay one or two nights. Do not expect the staff will clean your room daily. Remember that do not ask or book any tour at the hotel. The book tour guy will charge you 5 times more than the tour you expect. And the service is so worst.

If you're looking to go to Halong Bay I would recommend staying on an overnight cruise or going to cat ba island as Halong City itself is pretty bad.

Das Personal spricht kein Wort Englisch. Es gab schon bei der Ankunft Missverständnisse weil die Buchung nicht gefunden wurde. Frühstück: Es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob man Tee oder Kaffee möchte, das Frühstück wurde einfach auf den Tisch gestellt, beim Nachbartisch gabs Würstchen, bei mir nicht... Ei, Baguette, Margarine, 3 Scheibchen Gurke, Jasmintee. Mountainview war die Sicht auf einen Berg von Häusern und Baustellen.

まず、プランはベランダ付きであったのに、通された部屋にベランダはない。指摘するとどの部屋も同じだという。そもそもベランダ付きの部屋などこのホテルにはなかったのだ。部屋は５階(当地では４回)、エレベーターがないから、狭い階段の上り下りは大変。 このホテルで決してツアーの申し込みはしないこと。町の旅行店の２～３倍の値段を吹っかけてくる。間違って申し込みをしてしまい返還を要求しようものなら、旅行会社のビッグボディのお兄さんがやってくるから直接l交渉せよと、脅しにかかる。 朝食はまずくはないが、スクランブルエッグ、フライドポテト、パンとインスタントコーヒーと決まっていて毎回同じ。 周囲には同程度のホテルがたくさんあるから、あえてこのホテルを選ぶ理由は全くない。
