haeundae centum hotel”

although i only stayed for a night but im pretty impressed with the haeundae centum hotel. the location is great, it's only a 5-10 mins walk from COEX department store and lotte department store, the subway is even closer. the staff are very friendly and helpful with everything since the minute i step into the hotel, there are already staff members came running to help on the luggage which was impressive.

Queen and convenient”

Exit 3 of centum city is nearest exit. Homeplus a 10 mins walk away, haeundae beach 3 stops away, gwangan beach maybe 4 away in the other direction. Hotel is right next to bexco, literally opposite of my room. It is quiet, despite its location. The beds are firm, something I like. Pillows are very soft with no bounce though. Lifts are plenty, nary a wait. 2 convenience stores at lobby. All in all, will stay again when in area.

Great location”

Haeundae Centum Hotel is for the business traveler. The hotel is in a great location to relax after a long flight or to go shopping. Down the street is Shinsegae, a huge department store. Inside the department store is a cinema, skating rink, and Spaland. Also, the subway is next to the hotel to easily access the rest of the city. Haeundae beach is also nearby but it is better to get to the beach by subway rather than walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly but a little standoffish. Overall, I had a decent stay and would return in the future.

Great Location, nice room, great facilities”

Whether you are heading to the beach or at a confernence at Bexco, this is a great hotel. It may seem pricey at first but once inside the room, you will appreciate the comforts. The beds are "Koran-style" which means that they are extremely firm and this may be uncomfortable for some but after years living here, they are just right. The TV channel selection is also Korean, which means that the English channels like CNN and the movie networks that primarily show western movies and TV shows are not included. These are basic channels across korea, so it was strange not to find them on the TV in the room. Overall, most are not staying there to watch TV, so that is a minor point. The hotel's location is great even though it is a short distance away from Haeundae beach. The location is perfect for those who want to be a little ways away from the busy beach but still want to be in the area. It is also close to Gwangali Beach and Hwangyoung Mountain.

quality but pricey”

Centum Hotel is a very nice place indeed. The room is spacious, and has a living room area with tv and LAN cable. there is a cafe and other amenities on the ground floor, and is very close to shinsegae dept store. the fridge is stocked with several different beers and snacks. but toiletries are not complimentary. everything is nice, but no complimentary services.

Excellent Stay in Busan!!”

I think that this is one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in (especially in Korea). The entrance is right at the Centum City subway stop. The room exceptionally elegant and spacious. It is close to the Bexel convention center and Haeundae's many tourist attractions. The hotel itself has many amenities such as good restaurants, massage service, spa, etc.

Nice hotel”

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is located in a perfect area and nice environment in Centum city. Room was very clean and beautiful. However, when we asked the receptionist to add us the the breakfast package, the denied and said we can not add more guests. Anyway all in all, I recommend this hotel and will get back again.

Great location for Bexco and Shin Segae shopping”

we've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's probably the best hotel for the price in busan. the location is excellent for access to the bexco site or to the shinsegae / lotte mall both located about a block away. rooms are decent size and are clean and bright. the only minus is a poor bathtub design where water leaks onto the bathroom floor when you take a shower in the tub.

Haeundae Centum Hotel - Busan”

If you attend BEXCO events the location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel is clean and the staff tries to be helpful (they could not find my jeans which, for some reason, were removed from my room, though). The breakfasts were nothing special - pretty small choice, cold fried eggs and sausages, etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will probably book there room again if I am in Busan. However, there are few things they need to significantly improve to get 5 stars.

as my trip was a business trip, i was very lucky to stay at the centum. the convention center was literally next to the hotel which was a plus as i had to go there every day of my stay. not to mention, the beach is still close by so i went for a stroll some nights.

Had a nice stay at Haeundae Centum Hotel. Had a 2 room suite and was comfortable.

Very high standard for price”

This was an excellent option for the price. The twin room was very spacious with kitchen facilities and a huge fridge. We really liked the layout of the room and it afforded nice views. What we appreciated was that the staff took the time to read our 'extra comments' on what we would like with our booking. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Busan again.

it is a perfect hotel for business trip in busan. it is located in front of bexco and very need to subway station. also there are two biggest department store and a outlet store. there are 24 hour convient store in the ground floor. the room is cosy and very clean. the staff is very friendly. i strongly recommend this hotle for biz trip and family trip.

this was a good choice in that it was close to the subway. the beach is a few stops away and the busan museum of art is also close. this is a good place to stay if it is raining because there are a number of indoor activities close by. there is a food court in the shopping center across the street and a kitchen in the hotel room. also there is a really good spa across the street and another one in the hotel itself.

Not too bad but to be honestly not good! ”

I was stayed here for three nights. Actually the hotel not close to Haeundae. Need to take total three stop by Metro to Haeundae beach. Although it's just about 5 minutes walk to the world largest department store, that is not suitable for the traveler like me not to like shopping. If you want to go Jagalchi Market, or central of Busan, have to talk over an hour Metro. Also, not direct to the destination, need interchange from line 2 to line 1. The hotel not too clean, the bedroom design is bad. The floor got wet after shower. The staffs not helpful. I went there with my little girl, I tried to call them in advance and asked for the baby cot. That's bad that even cannot confirm it for me until check-in. Early check-in by cost (To be fair, it's reasonable as we check in at 9:00am and the costed me around USD40).

magnificent how the hotel is really close to the convention center. as it was a business trip, i didn't need to stress myself over the travel that had to be done to and from the hotel. the one bad thing might be that busan is a city with a beach, but the hotel is about 20minutes from it and not directly next to it.
