Awesome 2 night 3 day cruise with Paloma!!”
Everything ran like clock work. Picked us up at our hotel and then approximately 4 hours later we were on the boat having the most delicious lunch. The stateroom was larger and nicer than expected. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the boat as it had staterooms on 1st and 2nd floors then on the 3rd floor was the dining room and bar with outside tables and then it had a 4th floor roof top deck and bar for hanging out, suntanning, and relaxing or socializing The itinerary was great.Kayaking,swimming, visiting a fishing village (which was much better than I anticipated), cave visit, squid fishing, cooking class and Thai Chi. So glad we chose the 2 night 3 day option as it allowed time to relax and really soak in the stunning scenery. the staff were amazing, fun and accommodating. The food delicious! I would definitely recommend Paloma for your Halong Bay visit

Amazing experience- no complaints!”
My friend and I absolutely loved our time with Paloma cruise. The staff is INCREDIBLE, so hospitable and kind. They made sure that we were well taken care of from the very beginning. The rooms are very clean and hot showers. The itinerary is clear and always well explained. The staff took careful measures to make sure we were safe and happy at all times. Special thanks to Mr. Quan for his amazing role as the ship’s main tour guide. The food is awesome and they make sure you like what you eat- we don’t like fish so they substituted all the meals with fish with another meat, no problem. It was so worth the money. Loved every part of this trip.

Brilliant from start to finish ”
from the day I booked, Jenny was available on what’s app for any questions I had and also requests, the staff on the boat were also great and the food was brilliant, very nice meals, they surprised my girl with flowers and a cake for our 5 year anniversary which went a very long way for me, she was very happy with that. Lots of activity’s and accommodation is clean and nice,

Tremendous Paloma Cruise”
We will start with the staff. Absolutely awesome. Couldn't have asked for any more out of them as they were kind, thoughtful, funny and attentive. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite at the back of the boat. This was stunning as we had windows around the cabin and extra space to sit in the evening. We would recommend a suite if your budget allows. The boat itself was beautiful and the full 2 days/1 night was everything we could have wished for. 100% recommendation from us. Great overnight stay. Clean cabin, food was great and the staff are very accommodating. My partner and I don’t eat seafood and we always had a great substitute. You pay for your own drinks but the prices are reasonable. The only thing we would have liked more of is down time to enjoy the boat without missing out on any activities but it’s hard when you only have a short amount of time. The transfer to and from Hanoi was great in a luxury air conditioned minivan with only 6 or 7 seats.

Perfect from the beginning ”
It was perfect! The food was great, the activities, the staff !! Everything!!! Plus the even made something special the was beyond our expectations! It was my girlfriend birthday and they made something with roses on our bed! Sang a song at dinner and even gave her a cake and roses! Wow perfect

Attractive, attentive and positive”
The best Halong Cruise for us. They managed to cater halal food as per our request (but not halal certified because it also served alcoholic beverages and shared kitchen and utensils with non-halal foods). Surprised birthday party with roses and cake for my husband is a plus point. Activities as per advertised. Very polite and knowledgeable crew on board. Highly recommended. Thanks Paloma Cruise.

Enjoyable Experience”
I highly recommend Paloma Cruises. We did the 3 day 2 night tour and were glad we had the extra day to kayak around Bai Tu Long Bay, which is a less visited area of Halong Bay. The next morning we got on boats which took us through a fishing village - another highlight on the tour! The food was good on most days and the rooms were perfect for two people.

Excellent Cruise with nice staff.. The food provided was truely delicious . However, the guide provided to us was far from satisfactory. The Cruise mangament can look into this matter for better tour guide as we were totally clueless when we reached Cave, and subsequent fishing Villages. Would highly recommend this to tourist touring Halong Bay...

It was the highlight of our trip to Hanoi”
From the day we started our trip with them all staffs were attentive and tried their best to make the customers feel comfortable. The activities were alright, food were great. We were unfortunate that the weather was bad when we were on the way back, and the manager Mr Hoang and his team took the extra effort to make sure everyone was well taken care of. Just one thing perhaps, the wooden toilet door in our room wasn't working properly, it got stuck and required tremendous effort to slide it open hence making it inconvenient for us all, but otherwise it is totally perfect and I would definitely book with the same cruise if I'm ever visiting Halong Bay again!

Halong Bay is really beautiful and Paloma made it even better. We love the kayaking. The staff were great especially Ninh, our tour guide, went beyond our expectations. He was always smiley and nice. The food was delicious. Will come back. Thanks Paloma for this amazing journey!

Exceptional”
The boat cruise was really nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly and the food was great too. As soon as we arrive, we had some briefly introduction, check in and then lunch. Afterwards, we went to visit a cave and later on, we did kayaking. On the next day, we visit a fishing village in traditional boats. The activities were great. The checkout was at 9.30am. I thought it was too early, a checkout at 10am, at least, would give us time to rest and enjoy more the room. In general, it was a really nice trip.

We did the 2 day, 1 night stay with Paloma and loved every second of it! The food was unbelievable, the staff were lovely and the facilities and itinerary were just as expected. Highly recommend! So nice to only be one of the only boats around Bay Tu Long!

Great Cruise Excellent Value”
We had a great time on the cruise. The food was fantastic and they kept the activities coming. Kayaking in the bay was our favorite part of the cruise. The staff was very helpful and fun. We booked the shuttle transfer from Hanoi through Paloma as well. We noticed some of the other shuttles were a bit nicer but it got us there and back without issue. It's a long drive for one night but well worth it. I would highly reccomend this cruise. Our only regret was not booking the 3D2N!

Food was great,people and staff freindly. Rooms are very tiny.Can barely fit your suitcase on the floor to open up and get clothes from. The only thing we were extremely disappointed in was the fact you cannot swim in these waters. It was not written anywhere for us to know this and as it is an extremely hot place to visit and go trekking through caves and climbing mountains you are dripping with sweat but are not allowed to swim. Extremely annoying . Have never heard of a no swimming ban in anywhere i have ever visited around the world. People need to cool down without having to go sit in your airconditioned tiny room

Amazing food and service”
Nice facility. Room is not big but it got very comfortable bed and warm shower. The boat crew was very professional, friendly and they accommodated to our children’s taste (1 and 5 years old) very well with great congee.
