We stayed for 5 nights, and got a good rate through Agoda. They gave us an upgrade without even telling us they upgraded us, we only found out after comparing to my parents’ room which was booked via the hotel’s own website. My sister also got an upgrade and she booked via Agoda. The upgraded room was very spacious with an amazing view. The room was dated but clean. The pillows were too soft, but they gave us some firmer pillows when we asked which were just perfect. We enjoyed the pool facilities, especially with a 3 year old. The location was also great and close to public transport (mtr, tram and bus), and there is a way to walk to the MTR station with cover from sun/rain across a bridge (enter through the hotel Alexandra opposite Harbour grand, but no need to actually walk through any private property of that hotel). Lots of good, local Hong Kong food options around the area and easy access to more busy/shopping areas in causeway bay. Overall enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay here again if coming to Hong Kong again.

Everything was nice, nothing that I can really fault, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast selection was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was fine - 3 minutes walk to the Metro, loved the roof top view point where you can view the whole of Hong Kong, The gym and Spa facilities were great, we never got to experience the pool as under maintenance. but a decent stay

The Hotel is a little run down and encourages their visitors to bring their own toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, toothpaste. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap as well as body lotion are provided. Location wise, it's very accessible to Fortress Hill MTR (about 5 mins walk).Room wise.... a liitle old but the bed is clean and comfortable. The carpet is old but they provide maid services daily. On tbe whole, I had a pleasant stay and look forward to returning in the very near future.
