“Okay, but it needs improvement in soundproofing”
"I stayed here from the second day of Eid for two nights. Advantages: The room is spacious and quite clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a phone line inside the bathroom, which will help you in case something happens while you're locked inside Shortcomings: The room is not very soundproof. Sounds from the neighboring room were clearly audible. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were very noisy, which was disruptive—whether it was moving objects, knocking, running, or loud laughter. This lasted from the afternoon to the evening, and I specifically chose this hotel during Eid to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. I kindly request that Harris Hotel address this issue by improving soundproofing in the rooms. Additionally, the structure of the room was not ideal. I was staying on the second floor, and when someone slammed a door or ran in the hallway or the neighboring room, the floor shook. The variety of food is limited, and in my opinion, the taste is only average. Unfortunately, when the main side dish is fish, there are no alternative options such as chicken or beef. This might be inconvenient for those who don't eat fish, as there are no other animal protein options available on the menu. Those who do not eat fish are limited to choosing vegetable or egg-based side dishes, such as sunny-side up eggs or omelets. As a four-star hotel, it would be ideal to offer more than one option for the main side dish, as this is typically expected in four- or five-star establishments."
