Heritage Bagan Hotel is a beautiful new hotel with all the amenities you can wish for: a large outdoor pool, a well equipped gym and a wonderful spa area. The buildings are adapted to the architecture of the nearby archeological field of Bagan and imbedded in beautiful, well maintained gardens. The rooms are spacious and the interior design shows references to the cultural heritage of the region. They are well equipped and well maintained: the housekeeping crew is doing a very good job. The staff is friendly, mindful and accomodating. There are some language barriers but they can be overcome with goodwill and a little bit of patience. The reception crew however is just excellent. There was no question they could not answer and no request they would not fullfill. My special thank this time goes to Mrs Nilar Than. It was a real pleasure meeting you.

We arrived at the Bagan Heritage Hotel at 6AM, thanks to a unsuspectingly speedy bus journey from Yangon. The receptionist, Ms. Yin Yin, was so welcoming and very accommodating - she arranged an early check-in for us (and a late check-out), and took the time to give us the lay of the land - everything from the must-see sites, to the best food spots and shopping locales. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Since we were visiting in September (non-tourist season), we had it almost all to ourselves. The hotel is peaceful, there were even little finches everywhere building their nests. The pool was lovely after a long day of E-Scootering around Bagan. In close proximity to the bus station and airport, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Heritage Bagan is a very nice hotel and has an amazing ambiance. It is safe and clean and the rooms are very comfortable and new. The only thing the Hotel needs to improve in is to have a structured seating process for breakfast - it is a free for all seating not managed by a hostess which leads to chaos and confusion. Staff are friendly and courteous and keen to help.

Great Service and Staff”

Spent a couple of nights at the Heritage Bagan, the staff were fantastic and service impeccable. The place is close to the airport, and we travelled around Bagan by tuk-tuk which the front desk arranged for us. Bagan is a must see place and this hotel was a good place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing

Lovely hotel in Bagan”

A very nice hotel well maintained with a lovely staff. It is quite a treat to have the breakfast by the pool in the morning. It is located near the airport but the temple sites are only a few minutes drive. E-bikes can be easily rent through the hotel at a fair price. The main street with restaurants and information is in Nyaung U about 8mn drive. We would definetely come back again!

My husband and I went to Bagan on our honeymoon. Initially I mentioned this whilst booking Heritage Began Hotel. To our surprise, once we arrived there, the staff went beyond expectations to make us feel welcome and well looked after during our stay. The room was large, clean and in a very good condition. We cannot fault anything in that hotel, it's simply a great place and we highly recommend it!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. First of all, it is incredibly beautiful. Second of all, it is in a convenient location. It's close to the pagoda and temples, near the bus station, next to the airport, and close to the bank. Thirdly, the staff and service is excellent. They speak very good English, and they are all kind and cheerful, even when you are frustrated and tired. They helped my travel group get a driver for two days, and our driver (also a hotel staff member) was so very kind. He took our rowdy group of 7 around Bagan and to all the temples that we requested as well as temples that we did not know about (which were also amazing!). He took us to delicious restaurants and was still cheerful even when we were late to arrive in the morning. He also helped us find a good place to get a massage, even though he was perplexed by this request. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveller looking to have an unforgettable and amazing Bagan trip. I will definitely come back again!

Hotel stay was value for money! The best Hotel I have stayed in for my Myanmar trip. This Hotel find was really a gem. The rooms were very clean and cozy, staff spoke good English and there were no communication barriers. Service was excellent and location of Hotel/proximity to Nyaung-U airport is convenient.

We could not have been more delighted with every aspect of our stay at the Heritage Bagan. The rooms are large and airy-- although I would request a room towards the rear of the property for a quieter experience. The spa services are superb and the pool area a delight. The restaurant served fresh and delicious food. We loved our stay here. Oh and the gift shop is a must!

Most Brilliant Hotel in Bagan”

The only weakness of this hotel is a little bit far from Nyaung-U downtown. Anything else are perfect. This hotel opened recently(maybe opened Jan. 2018) Clean room, nice and kind staff, delicious food. Everything is GOOD.

A Kind of Home far from Home”

We seldom put a comment / review. This time we must do as we really feel so good during our stay. The Hotel is quite new. Only 1.5 years. Staff including the hotel manager are simply amazing. Always super friendly and checking if they can somehow make your stay even more nice. We can without any doubt recommend this Hotel. The organized airport transfer free of charge. The Restaurant provide local and International food for reasonable prices. A tour organized by them with "WIN" was fairly priced too. The pagodas are within 3 minutes from the Hotel distance by e-bike. We rent four hours for only USD 4. We used it 4.5 hours. The not charged an extra for the overtime. If we come back in future we would definitivly book the hotel again. By the way... The pool area is amazing too. Thanks for everything.

Great all-round hotel for families”

Heritage Bagan is situated near enough to town and temples but with enough distance to feel really relaxing. Service is the best. Staff all tried their best and are so accommodating. Lovely pool.

This newly built four star hotel deserves a five star review. Hardwares are perfect and stylish. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, spacious bathroom, lovely balcony for chill out, nice garden. Great breakfast with choices. But the most impressive thing is their well-trained staffs and outstanding service. I love this adorable hotel and would defiantly come back. Two suggestion, 1, additional bed is available on request, but it was placed right facing the A/C , not very comfortable. But no big deal. 2, the closing time of swimming pool is 8:30pm, later would be better. 非常好的酒店。性价比超高。位置不在核心区，不过问题不大。早餐好，设置新，员工素质很高。

Excellent”

A newly opened and nicely designed hotel next to Bagan airport. Beautiful swimming pool, big rooms and good breakfast. A very relaxing stay. Staff is efficient and very friendly. Just a bemol: room cleaning during the stay is not sufficient for such a place (empty water bottles and dirty glasses not cleaned for a several days in a row) Extra beds are expensive and the price is not clearly advertised on agoda

Thin and the front desk team accommodated our every need and helped us with E-bikes each day. The team who cleaned our room and served us meals were also amazing and we felt very well cared for. The property is lovely and the rooms are beautiful. We found it nice to be out of the Old City. Everything is easily accessible by EBike or taxi but you aren’t in the middle of the city activity, which in April is very dusti. We will recommend to our friends and return when we are in Bagan. Thank you.

Strongly recommend this hotel! 3min away from the airport, 5min to old Bagan, 10min to new Bagan, 1.5hour to Mount Popa. All the staffs can speak good English and helpful.

Maybe just bad timing”

I lovely room in nicely maintained environment. The downside was unexpected. Lots of families with young kids. Screaming children didn’t blend well with the serenity of Bagan. The buffet was chaotic. I gave a marginal location score as the upside is the close proximity to the airport. But getting into the main sightseeing areas take more effort. Would have been nicer to stay where one could stroll a bit.
