          Located in Destin, Florida, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and direct beach access. Henderson State Beach Park is adjacent to the property.           Very misleading descriptions”

          The apartment was in good shape and had everything (utensils, pots, pans, etc) we needed.
          The location was less than desirable. The pictures that were shown, prior to booking, did not match the rental we received. We found 3 very large cockroaches during our stay, inside the apartment. I was under the impression that this rental had a beach view from a balcony, but that is EXTREMELY far from what we received. I will definitely not be recommending this location to anyone. We also had to wash everything that we took on vacation, due to the fear of bringing bugs into our home from this location.

          There was a foul smell in the kitchen/hallway when we arrived. Upon investigating where the smell was coming from I found the cabinets to have drips of dirt/food all down them, I also found the same at the edge wall the faces the hallway (typically where the garbage can may have been placed. Additionally, there was a hole above the hallway toilet area, which we found to be unacceptable, and I do not know why that wasn't fixed before arriving there. I also have a picture of the hole in the ceiling. Someone did call me regarding the foul smell as I did report it and offered to come out and fix it, but I had already found the source and cleaned everything.

          The room was clean and very convenient, right on the beach! I loved the 24 hour security.
          The parking is awful!!!! The “parking garage” was absolutely horrible. The spaces are very small and limited. With the condo we were in was supposed to have 2 parking spots, no way that was possible since there was about 40 spots available for the entire condo!

          False Advertising!!!”

          Beware!! This place is not what is advertised. Be very cautious in booking this place. By definition this is false advertising. the pictures shown are not where you stay. it is not beachfront. no view of the ocean at all. definitely misleading people to book this place. its like a living community and the security guard was very rude. neither booking nor vacasa would refund me my money either.

          Easy access on the first floor. Walkability.
          The room smelled like Lysol when we first arrived which irritated my sinuses. The can opener did not work There were no instructions on how to use the Keurig machine. I did not realize the coffee maker was not automatic so it stayed on for 48 hours. A note concerning this would have been helpful. The blinds in the kitchen needed cleaning. The overhead light in the den did not work. The bathroom tub could use a retile on the back shelf, Maybe just one piece of pre-fab to span the tub. It would make the whole bathroom look better. There was mold on the back porch. These are helpful hints.

          wonderful condo and amazing beach access”

          all the properties face the ocean. the pool and hot tub were really nice. you have the option to rent extra chairs and umbrellas at the beach if you need more than complementary pair. we went in October and the environment was so nice and quiet. our beach area was not packed because houses surround this condo. we will definitely be returning here next year
