“Tidy Room but Inconvenient Location”
It is quite far away from tourist attractions and city centre. The best way to access to the hotel from city centre / train station is by tram. But the tram is often packed with people, especially at evening and night, which makes traveling with luggage much harder. Facilities are fine, although I would say Hilton hotels in other areas or country are mostly better than this Hilton hotel. Lifts are old and need to some checks and maintenance. Overall this hotel is alright. However I would recommend a hotel at the city centre for better experience of the Florence atmosphere.
