Where to stay in Historical Center
Historical Center hotels & accommodations

The location is very good. It is not far from Napoli central station, just took around 15 mins. Also, the hotel is the historical site. The decoration is very nice. Because it was my wife birthday, hotel gave us a very nice Baba. The water current is strong enough. But I don't know if it is because of hotel or booking from here, no kittle is in the room, even borrow f...

We are an over 65's couple fit and open. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in Mid January. The hotel was quiet. It was on the 4th floor of a block and a bit difficult to find but well worth the effort. Its opposite the university, set back a bit with an entrance by code and intercom through a gate to the right of a small café, up a passage and a small lift or stair...

It is a lovely place and only a short walk to some interesting places and areas. Not far from the metro. The staff were really helpful. I did have trouble finding the place. Don't pay attention to the numbers on the walls. It's one of the first doors off the main road. Check the intercom for the number and name.

We where lucky and got an opgrade to a beautiful apartment next to The Church b n’ b. The location was absolutely amazing in the middle of the historic center, and with a wonderful view looking over a busy (tourist) street. Not our last time here. Thank you for a great stay.

This was our serving visit to this hotel and it was even better than we remembered. It's a great location to explore Naples, a short taxi ride to and from the airport (fixed price if you all for it, 22.50 euros). 5 minutes walk into the historic centre of Naples, an easy stroll to the harbour and lots of great places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is clean with good ...

After a questionable taxi journey from the train station to A Casa del Principe, it was a lovely relief to be greeted by our host Barbara. The communication with Barbara prior to arrival and during our stay was perfect and she was always happy to help in any which way...even if this meant haggling with the second taxi driver to ensure we weren’t ripped off. The room it...

The apartment is located close to the center, it's on the top floor and has a really nice, large terrace. Everything in the place was neat and clean, and you can see that the guys in charge have love and taste even for the details, e.g. lights, deco etc. we had a super comfy stay!! Also met Raffaele & Pierluigi in person, they are welcoming, helpful and humorous peop...

Perfect location for historic centre. On a small side street, cool, which rooms with lovely terrace off kitchen/dining area. Lots of breakfast options in self serve area including oranges for fresh juice. The staff were particularly helpful and accommodating of storing my luggage as flight after check out. Recommend for anyone looking for spacious, cool place to stay ...

Civico10 is a very pleasant place to stay in Napoli. Situated right in the old part of town, it is easy to reach the tourist areas. The room was clean, spacious and airy. The doors to the tiny balcony allowed a good vantage point for the street below but were also very effective at shutting out the street noise. Breakfast was either in your room or the dining area a...

me and my wife arrived on 1AM and imidiatly thay know its us. they took our passports and told us we can go to our room without waste our time with documents. very polite staff who allwayts try to help. in spite of the above there are few things who needed to be improved - the place is inside a commercial building therefore they need to add another person who will he...

Boutique b & b. On the sixth floor of an imposing old building with a old lift with a gated entrance that can be hard to open (especially when you are panicking about getting to the airport). However it is bright and modern inside and I loved the communal roof terrace. Only part time staff hence the reason for check in by appointment. Shared bathroom with good show...

what a lovely place.looks rough from the outside but once inside its lovely.Staff could not be more helpful and made us feel like home from home.Ideal situation too with lots of food places and very near the historical part of the city. One of the best places we have stayed and saying that we have travelled the world ranks very high. Thanks again for our stay.love you al...

We loved this place. The room is huge. Breakfast is made. Staff is helpful in providing map and explanation of places to visit, and providing excellent pizza recommendation. It is also located on via toledo, main vein of napoli, and steps away from the beautiful historic centre.

Thanks to Joseph and Linda who went above and beyond expectations to ensure my family's stay in Naples was one to remember. They gave us great advice on where to visit, sights to see, places to eat, all drawn out on a city map they provided. It felt like we were being hosted by Family friends who weren't demanding of our time, but were available if anything came up. ...

I must recommend this wonderful and cozy B&B. The owner is very friendly and warm-hearted, we love the romantic balcony and little dim light, it’s like an old roman movie! We had a shared bathroom however it’s not a trouble! we have a hair dryer, shower towels, comfortable hot water but water boiler is not provided. It’s a real lovely B&B, it makes me love this little ...

Great location for historical area. Comfortable and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Room tidied twice a day. . Wi-Fi not great but did get there in the end. Cheap food stalls on the doorstep so we didn’t have the breakfast or use the minibar. Free water. Chocolate at bedtime. Slightly difficult to find as taxi dropped off at the piazza - lots of people on th...

The entrance looked a bit dicey but inside it was nice and clean. The room was good with all the basics in place. The girls who run the place are very helpful. There’s a good basic breakfast and. Snacks available for free. What more can you ask for at a b&b 👍

The Maison Degas felt too much like a relative's home, especially with bad decor and a strange cooking smell in the kitchen. If you are not expecting hotel environ then you won't be disappointed. It certainly was not a boutique hotel. Seriously, it was like I visited a friend's aunt's home -- very lived in. On the other hand, the staff were superb!

We loved it here! Really gave us the wow-feeling. You get to choose what you want for breakfast, and at what time, and they deliver it to your room! Helpful staff, gave us great recommendations on what to do (basically planned our whole stay). Also free snacks, coffee and water. Wanted to stay much longer than we originally had planned!

good room, breakfast amd all round good choice. close to the important museum in naples which is a must before going to pompeii. also close to main eating area and famous pizza restaurant. after eating pizza that bare a lot of cafes to enjoy a coffee in the neapolitan style.

I do recommend this hotel. Good location, close to historical center and archaeological museum. The hotel occupies the floor of an historic building. The manager was very attentive, and proud to tell me about the story of the building. I stayed ther in low season (January) and it was a good deal.

We twice stayed at Terra Mia and found it to be an oasis of peace and calm away from the noise and chaos of Neapolitan traffic. The owner, Angelo, is a friendly, helpful person who doesn't have much English but understood our very basic Italian and communication was fun and no problem. His son speaks fluent English. The rooms are large, neat, clean and well equipped wi...

The location of the building is excellent and the building itself is extremely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and make you really feel at home. Highly recommended especially to travellers sensitive to the historical and ...
Cheap places to stay in Historical Center

Napoli Retro is a bit of a misnomer as this place is authentic. It has the original decor from some point in the past and you feel like you’re kind of living like a local and you see what’s behind all those net curtains in these towering apartment blocks that make up Napoli. Great people as well and the breakfast was good. I would recommend Napoli Retro.

We are a group of 5 people. We spent some time to find the place and found out that it's close to every tourist spot we want to go. You can walk to every famous pizzeria in 5 minutes. We walked to the Museum and even the harbor to Capri for about 20 minutes. The landlord is warm and nice lady. Even though we can't speak Italian, she tried hard to explain everything to u...

I stayed in the room with the external bathroom. This was a little inconvenient, but overall, okay. I think if you stay in any of the other rooms, you get quite a lot more privacy. The room i stayed in didn't have a lot of amenities. E.g. it would've been nice to at least have a rubbish bin in the room. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. Location - pretty close to...

Our room is large and newly renovated - very clean. Is arriving at night don’t be worried by the neighbourhood - it seems sketchy but you will find it is busy and friendly in the morning. The staff is very helpful and considerate. He helped us with booking a early morning Taxi at 4am along with guiding us about how to go around and explore places. The hotel is located at the heart of the city with easy walking distance to places of interest and many more.

B&B Museum will tick all the boxes for most visitors needing accommodation in Naples.
