Stay here. Really clean, everything works, they don't lie about facilities and tell you. Oh that's not available right now (it's never available). At the end of the day you will look forward to coming back here, not wondering if they've actually made up your room are your belongings still there. Plus they have a reasonable sized pool (many don't) and a fantastic view of the city. Just an FYI passapp for really cheap taxis is about half the price of anything else and if you want some food, even supermarket essentials, use food panda app. So simple. All in English and can link to foreign credit card. With discounts it's often cheaper than going to the shop and no minimum order. $0.35 delivery. Enjoy.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Amazing view from the window, modern beautiful clean room. Inside the room theres everything you need - table, chair, fridge, huge mirror, lots of shelves, great ac, large clean bed. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel also has a rooftop bar with just amazing 360* view, a nice small clean pool and gym with all essential equipment. Loved the place and would recommend it for sure!

Very clean with great hospitality”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the deluxe twin room and it was new as well as very clean. The bathroom and room fixtures were excellently furnished. Moreover, the room price was very reasonable. There were many shops and eateries within walking distance too. I will stay there again.

Everything is good ”
The pool is nice but so cold and room is clean. Everything is good only when I checked into the first room there were a lot of cockroaches inside the hair dryer in the toilet. After I clean it ,when I used it the next day, there were many cockroaches in the hair dryer again… I don’t even know where they came from. I think should be pay attention on this thing other aspects are not bad and the location is also very good.

Pros: - Helpful staffs who explained everything clear and simple, also very flexible - Staffs greet you at the gate every time when you arrive the hotel with Tuktuk. It makes you feel at home and safe:) - super clean room, they just mopped my room before I entered - very practical price, I wish I would stay there once I came to Phnom Penh - very nice view from the toproof swimming pool, very clean as well Cons: Skybar is still under construction. I'd like to go there next time

We booked this place after the initial place we booked in PP was so bad we had to leave. Let me tell you, it saved our lives and ticks ALL of the boxes, especially for value. Clean, well-kept and updated, comfortable beds/pillows, rooftop pool and lounge area, restaurant, near a cornermart, have their own tuktuk guys with very reasonable prices. The even have a free computer/printer in the lobby. We ended up booking a 2nd night on our way back through a week later and it was just as lovely the 2nd time around. Thank you!

I would recommend this hotel at the current prices at 29/9/23 which was £32 for a king size deluxe room. Big discounts for here on Agoda at the moment. Refurbishment seems to be finished so no interruptions like you may read on other reviews.Good location, staff,facilities. Hotel restaurant food is excellent if you decide to dine in and prices about the same as outside apart from the soft drinks which are expensive but all round a great stay for a 4 star at these current prices.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The washroom was more modern but the room decor is a little outdated in colour and style. However, would highly recommend for anyone busy in the city and needing a clean place to stay for good value. The gym is spacious and table tennis is a nice addition!

At the time it was a fantastic deal at £30 a night and we stayed for 5 nights. Staff were really helpful. Nice pool,gym had enough equipment for a decent workout.We had the king size room which was big with good air conditioning,good hot shower. I really can not fault this place at all at this price. Refurbishment is finished so peaceful.

I had a great stay. The hotel is modern and clean. It felt like being in a hotel in Europe but paying a fraction of the price. Staff was nice an attentive. They let me check in really early because the room was ready. I also met some cool young people by the pool. Sauna was great. Location is great, just a few minutes walking from the grand palace. I definitely recommend this place. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The pool is great and social. The sauna was great too and they have four jacuzzis at various temperatures. They let me check in much earlier because the room was available and I loved that. Location is great. I will stay again here when I’m back in Phnom Penh. Thank you!
