For the location, although it is a little bit far - in between Da nang city and Hoi An, the hotel provides free shuttle, so it is quite convenient For the staff, I really appreciate their profession. They are really friendly and helpful. I remembered they helped us to call the local tour agency at night and also reconfirm the booking with them. The hotel also provides some service like "Guzheng" performance which really lovely. Moreover, they provide free courses daily, like Yoga, kick-boxing etc. so it is quite good to spend time in this hotel For the facilities, we can have free access to the swimming pool and the private beach. For the breakfast, which I will give 5 stars on that. There are 3 restaurants providing different style of free breakfast. All of them are in amazing quality and quantity.

This resort is a 4-5 star resort. Very comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly. I didn't managed to get a room upgrade but it was ok. The room I had booked turned out to be very nice and spacious facing the second swimming pool and garden. Very comfortable bed and full facilities. This resort is well landscaped with lots of tropical greens. The beach was nice but water too choppy for swimming. The swimming pool water was freezing cold...We're in winter month where average air temperature is between 20-28 degree C. Very comfortable temperature. Breakfast spread was great as expected of a 5 star resort. Lot's of Korean customers here. The hotel helped booked the golf courses for me and payment through the hotel too. Travelling around town is very easy by taxi. All taxis goes by meter. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus twice a day to Hoi An city. I highly recommend this resort and holiday destination.

We spent 4 days 3 nights there. The room - good size both indoor with a huge bed, huge bathroom and a living room area which it's not that useful for us. The outdoor pool is a decent size you can't really swim in it but it's good enough if you want a dip in the water. Everything is clean in the room and the swimming pool, I am very happy with it. The public infinity pool – perfect design which you can oversea the ocean and enjoy the view, the length is long enough if you want to enjoy your morning swim routine(we did), the pool is also very very clean. The beach – the water isn’t the best which you compare with beaches in Florida or Maldives, but it’s nice for you to play with the waves and the view is amazing. We had breakfast on the beach and the experience was unforgotten, must try but you have to be there early to take one of the sofa seats on the beach. The spa – we only managed to do 2 treatments per day because we spent two afternoon in the Da nang town and the city of Hoi An. The spa service was very good. Breakfast – delicious, both the buffet breakfast and a la carte breakfast on the beach was delicious. You will not be disappointed.fresh aloe vera juice, spring rolls are some we ordered and it’s delicious. Staff performance – everyone were very friendly and helpful on everything. The best part was the personal touch of their services, you will enjoy every minutes while you are inside the resort. Our fusionist - Guz was extremely helpful and patient with us regarding recommendation on places to go, what to do and where to eat. He made some perfect recommendations to us such as tea house in Hoi An, bicycle retreat to the An Bang beach in Hoi An, restaurant name call Nhà hàng Madame Lân in Da nang. Cost – the price for the resort is a bit pricey with I think it’s all worthy. Spending in the city of Da nang and Hoi An was cheap. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with both the resort and the destination. We can’t wait to go back again!

Our family of 13 stayed 5 nights at Melia Danang Resort and we enjoyed every bit of our time there. Special thanks to the friendly front office reception who took great care of us, arranging transport and assign great rooms! It's a 6-star service with warm and committed staff. So are nowadays! I suppose the management must have done something right because they are a superb bunch of people. The hotel is new and so the rooms and facilities are really clean and new. I especially like the kids club as they have many games and activities for them. The charming lady at the kids club was so nice too. Many rooms face breathtaking view of south China sea and we really have soft sandy private beach to ourselves. The pool was awesome with a pool bar selling 1 for 1 at happy hrs!. The only negative side was the lack of shuttle bus. Nevertheless, our experience was still great and we will be back, Melia Danang.

We had a relaxing birthday getaway to Naman from Dec 18-21, 2015. The weather wasn't ideal since it rained the whole duration of our stay. There happened to be a tropical storm nearby. I wouldn't recommend going from Dec-Apr. We weren't able to use the beach at all. The Staff did a super job in accommodating our requests for arranging a surprise birthday cake at Hay Hay after our dinner and a swan towel and rose petal arrangement in our room. The private pool villa room was very nice. Did not have enough hot water for the bath tub or shower. Did not fancy the design of the blind to partition the open concept bathroom bedroom. Nice in room welcome cookies and fruit. Naman is a small cozy retreat. I think it's great for couples. Not much for kids to do. Food in general was good. I prefer the Vietnamese cuisine more in Hay Hay Restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is served in Hay Hay. Selection was good. They had two different noodle soup selections each morning we were there. Selection for cold food was great. Selection for hot food was fair. I did not like the bacon. I had good eggs though, sunny side and scrambled. The decor is stunning in Hay Hay. Beautiful arches and silkworm cocoon-like fixtures. I preferred sitting in chairs since I found the couches comfortable but too low for me. Nice of the Retreat to give a free 30 and 60 minute massages for each guest when you stay for three nights. Need to make sure you book once you arrive since the time slots get filled up quickly. We used the shuttle bus to visit Hoi An and spent a few hours in town. Need to book ahead since the buses aren't frequent with soo many guests to accommodate. Not night buses after dinner hours so you're forced to take a taxi back to the hotel. Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful and did great. Some communication problem but you just need to know who to talk to.

We had a great stay - 5 night for the Ironman 70.3. I have lived in Vietnam some years back, so I know the challenges hotel management faces. I have to say I am impressed. I do not normally like big 5 star hotels - I prefer smaller. But for the most part, the size was managed very well. Several pools, several restaurants. The main breakfast area was not too big, so except for race day when we had to eat breakfast in a different restaurant, the breakfast buffet felt like that of a small 5 star hotel. Not trashy at all. The staff are well trained. Really. The facilities are excellent. Several pools, climbing wall, great gym. The beach is wonderful for swimming. Very clear water. Overall the food is very good. I was happy to also find traditional Vietnamese food like Hue style steamed rice pancakes for breakfast. There were just a couple of glitches - the evening before the big race event that probably half the guest were attending, the kitchens broke down. We could not get a table in any of the restaurants. It took us 1.5 hours to get room service and when it finally arrived, we got partly the wrong dishes. One morning at breakfast when most participants for this event were checking out early, the pressure was also too much for some of the staff. But otherwise, really, all praise to the management and all the staff. This hotel shows the potential of Vietnamese economy in general. The room is very comfortable. I just hope the China beach strip will not be completely ruined with development. A lot of construction underway nearby. The limit is close to be reached, and if construction of new resorts continues with the same speed, the area can easily be ruined. I will probably go back to the same race next year, and I think I will stay in Hyatt Regency again even though it is more expensive than nearby hotels. It was worth the extra money.

have stayed with Furama Danang twice now, a year apart. Pretty sure i will be going back for more again! Very enjoyable and great and friendly service. Stayed in a pool villa and we really enjoyed the experience. The F and B offerings are very nice too. Mr Chau on the guest services desk was most helpful and a wonderfully knowledgeable host on the day trips we booked with him.

had 11 nights here at the end of june beginning of july 2012. the staff are fantastic, very attentive, can't understand some comments about this resort because it certainly lives up to its five star rating. try the liquid nitrogen ice cream in the restaurant its fantastic (especially the flying scotsman, glenmorangie and butterscotch flavour). make a point of serching out simon angove the food and beverage manager, this australian is excellent at his job and between himself and the new zealander chef thay have created a local guide book with things to see and do as well as a translator section, very useful. the resort is clean and tidy with beutifully manicured lawns and well tended gardens. the rooms are fantastic in size, the food and drink in the pool bar are great for a midday meal without leaving the pool/beach. the staff are all very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. we will be returning again next year for our honeymoon. we've travelled a lot in south east asia and can safely say this is the best we have found. highly recommended, well worth the trip from the united kingdom

This was our first stay at The Ocean Villas and after waiting 9 months for our girl trip away, this resort did not disappoint! We had a three bedroom villa with each bedroom having it's own bathroom upstairs and downstairs had an additional bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen, all that opened up onto an outdoor dining area, private pool and sun loungers on the grass. We had breakfast at the restaurant each day which had a great variety that changed daily. We also ate lunch and dinner several times in the Villa (delivery menu - no delivery surcharge) and at the restaurant. Being the start of the wet season, we were lucky we had good weather and the resort mostly to ourselves. The waitstaff were fantastic! They indulged us with some loud 80s / 90s music and kept the cocktail coming! The reception staff booked several tours for us and even communicated with other outside tour people on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. The only thing to note is that they will only change US dollars at the hotel. But they gave us addresses for banks in Hoi An and we had no troubles. A bus to Hoi An would have been nice but the taxis only cost us about $15 anyway. You are close enough to Hoi An and Da Nang that you can eat out and explore but it is secluded enough that you can enjoy the quiet private beach too. Would highly recommend this resort and it will be even more fantastic once all the extensions and additional villas have been completed over the next few years.

Location was beautiful and so was our room but I wouldn't call this 5 star. There was no pool bar, no drinks service when you were at the pool, the room lacked information such as room service menu, spa information or basic info such as how to get to and from danang or Hoi Ann. The staff were lovely but lack of English meant they couldn't help us much. We booked a 4 night stay hoping for rest an relaxation due to our work but 3 out of 4 mornings we were awoken by works in the hotel and people hammering etc before 8am despite complaining previously. Unless u watch the drinks being poured they came out not tasting like alcohol. Next time I would stay elsewhere or even in Hoi Ann. They don't offer a shuttle to anywhere and there is no travel desk. we stayed at many hotels in Vietnam during our holiday and this was definitely the most expensive but probably the one we liked the least

we enjoyed the stay at Sheraton Grand very much! it was a very new hotel. it was a bit far from city center. Hotel staff were very friendly and nice . the staff at kids club were extremely helpful and pleasant. breakfast was good but not as good as other 5-star properties in the area. the feature restaurants served one of best steak dinner we ever had. we would return without any questions!

I've given 5 stars to the staff but it doesn't really do them justice. They are excellent! Four stars for location but really you couldn't ask for more if you want great scenery. Marble mountain is situated at the front of the hotel and from the beach you have amazing views of the city. However, it's a 20min drive to the city centre so there are pros and cons to the location. Four stars for the facilities, only because the laundry service is eye wateringly expensive. There are great local launderettes which offer a pick up and delivery service. All in all, this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Stunningly beautiful and the staff are first class.

Very nice stay in this hotel for groups. I have booked 2 nos. of 2-bedroom with private pool. My friends and I are very pleasant for our accomodation. The hotel has cart service to drive point to point. The hotel spa is nice. I love its swimming pool and beaches nearby. I will go to stay again once going to Da Nang. Keep going to work better Vinpearl resort & spa team. Thank you.

Very nice location and superb villa with a private swimming pool and multiple clean rooms, all fitted with television, bathrooms and king sized beds. The staff are very polite and helpful; they prepared us a minibus with driver every day so we do not have to worry about transportation, and provided us with a traditional Vietnamese meal on our last day dining in-house. There is a restaurant nearby located as part of the villa complex and the villa itsslf faces the picturesque coast of the East Sea. Although it could have been cheaper and there is some difficulty communicating with the driver in English. It could have been better with more restaurants and water sports facilities nearby, but otherwise, it is one of the best stays I have encountered :)

Most of the place exactly look like the photo at agoda,just the top floor is older than photo.But the 1/F & 2/F is look exactly the same as photo. Great pool and near MyKhe beach. Some insect appears in the house but i underatand it’s unavoidable.not much but some. I would like to thanks stuff Ms Vivian was very great and very helpful,a very nice lady and I would like to give her 5 star rate. But there is no free keep luggage service cuz this villa is not belong to the resort is own by the private owner,so the villa receiption wont help us to keep luggage before check in,but after I explain that it’s hard to carry the luggage till check in time and the receiption try to contact Vivian and let us keep luggage inside the villa(have to wait till the previous guest check out at 11am) And again when you checked out and have to keep luggage, you have to contact owner/Vivian to ask for the keep luggage service and it cost around HK$110. Overall the little small problem,it was great to stay there and we swim at the private pool like everyday. We are a family of 6 members and all of us enjoy to be there,hope to be there again soon!

We came here in December, so unfortunately the pool was too cold and it was not possible to swim at the beach as waves were to big. The villa was great and had everything we needed and the staff was really helpful and attentive. They were there fast to help us with anything we needed. The location was not so great though unless you are a golfer, there was no shops or restaurants outside of the compound so for all meals you were stuck with just 1 restaurant (we did not use the option of booking a butler to cook in the villa). There was no gym and only a small playground. It was easy to get to both Da nang and Hoi An, only 20 min by taxi. Overall we were happy with our stay, but next time we would choose somewhere closer to town.

This was one of the best villas I have ever stayed in.  It was clean and beautiful inside, large bedrooms and bathrooms, the design is very modern, and the condition is perfect, much better than the Ocean Villas that I stayed in last time.  The villa is in a very private setting, very tranquil and calm with beautiful garden view of the golf course. We played golf during the day (arranged by the Butler) and spent a lot of time in the large private pool (much bigger than Ocean Villas). You can also call for room service to the Villa - it was very good! And the butler is so helpful, I didn’t feel like I was far from the beach and ocean because she took me there in the villa’s private buggy so it was easy.  She helped organise a BBQ in the villa and a really good local breakfast as well.   Everything was great, very reasonably priced, so we had the best time.  I wish I could live here!

Location near to the restaurant and public pool. Just a few steps more to the beach from restaurant. The villa is spacious and clean. Thanks much to Kate, Tien and all the staff offered help. So that we can enjoy BBQ during the stay, and massage nearby after checkout. With the team's help for all the arrangement, we can freely enjoyed swimming and no need worrying the travel to the massage place and to the airport. Greatly appreciated.

The villa is convenient and clean.Its good to use the facilities is the Ocean resort which inside have tennis, a wonderful beach and have restaurant. The villa's hoster is nice and helpful. The villa is near sun wheel park and dragon bridge which is suitable for family trip.The pool inside villa is nice also.But the washroom have a little dirt need to improve.Overall comments will back again for the trip.

The residence was spacious and convenient for a family with the facilities accessible and suitable for young children. We booked a residence not owned by the Hyatt, which I wouldn’t recommend due to the inconvenience of having to wait for owners / liaison response rather than being able to rely on the hotel itself and breakfast isn’t included or chargeable to the room in our case. The residence was clean and well stocked as well as being cleaned daily. The staff were responsive to a leaking air con unit. However when we were locked out due to a faulty key card, it took over two hours to get someone to let us in. Again, being a direct part of the Hyatt would have been helpful. Surely they should be able to let in a family with young children? The pools at the complex are great for kids and the beach is lovely. The kids club could be more accessible, with no outdoor or indoor play places for the children which I find surprising. The fitness centre and Baguette were well used by us.

- Villas are exact to pictures and really beautiful - Everything (shower, iron, kitchen, etc) works perfectly fine - Whole villa is very clean - This villa is owned by a separate owner and not the villa itself, so the staff will be at your service only if requested by the owner. But once you make known your needs to the owner, she will send the staff to your villa very quickly to attend to the issue. - The villa is about 30-40mins away from the airport and 30mins away from Hoi An. It's is quite deep into danang, but understandable as its a villa near a beach. - VERY VALUE FOR MONEY. For a villa that can take up to 8 pax comfortably and the beautiful design, this is one of the cheapest yet still nice villas in Danang. - The main view of this villa is the garden balcony that is the main entrance.

it took us a while to decide where to stay for our trip. there were 5 of us, and we wanted somewhere which has easy access to the beach, F6 ocean villa was the best choice! kate and the butler - ms. tien, were attentive. overall it was a pleasant stay. we were willing to pay for the price for the location and there weren't many other tourists during our stay. certain wood fixtures were old but it didn't bother us as much as the cleanliness though. the utensils weren't cleaned properly as there were stains on the spoons, folks, plates and frying pan. after a long day out, we could still feel the floor filled with sands when we got back. there was no tea bags offered until i requested on the 2nd day; coffee and mineral water bottles were not refilled on daily basis. despite that, we are happy with the service. one of the mornings, we had issue with the stove, weren't able to cook. kate and ms. tien were helpful to arrange someone to come by and provide us a portable stove instead.

We selected the right place to relax in Da Nang, located in a nice spot by the beach, near to Hoi An, in a quiet complex of spacious and comfortable villas. But we found the villa under poor maintenance: old and deteriorated pieces of furniture, insufficient and widely used kitchenware, useless and broken lamps, destroyed sockets out in the terrace, damaged door latches, bathroom accessories under poor conditions....After easily improved, unquestionably, these small details would make the difference. Saying that, being fair we have to admit that we felt very comfortable and well treated at all time by the staff we deal with. Coming to clean everyday, providing whatever we asked for and offering support anytime (thank you, Mr.Thao). We had a good time in Ocean Villas resort.

Excellent environment for vacation, but better to buy enough food for cooking before arriving to the villas as the place is quite far from supermarkets and shops. Security is good, the security ask for proof of living in villa every time we enter the villa by taxi or Grab. The room is tidy and clean, kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is comfortable and big. The staffs are very nice and helpful, and they always can give useful information to us when we have questions. The private beach is so nice and we can enjoy the sea view when having our meals. The spa is good for environment and service but still have improvement for the massage skills. The food of the restaurant in villa is delicious with a acceptable price, although it is more expensive than eating outside villa, the environment is really nice and it provides convenience to people who don't want to take taxi to outside for dinner. The 10USD breakfast served in room is worthy to try, must be full after having it.
