Very convenient locatin near the train station”

The Holiday Inn is located in the Turino city center, right by the train station and airport bus stop. There are also many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. I am very happy with my stay there. Staff are helpful (although some struggle in understanding English) and very friendly. The room was very clean and equipped with free wifi (check with reception for login and password).

Modern conveniences in Turin”

The room looked futuristic 70s. It had brown walls and a general beige atmosphere, but don't let this description discourage you, we had a great time in Turin, and the room was a welcome home base for us. Would stay here again.

Great location, big rooms”

The hotel is nicely located near the main central station. The room is spacious and very clean. Quite convenient for the discerning business person who needs convenience, good transport links and a room that does not feel like a matchbox. Reception was also very accommodating. My secretary made a mistake when booking the room and they initially gave me a little indivual room. When I returned to reception to enquire why the room was so small, they upgraded my to a double room that was... simply perfect! Thanks.

Overnight Visit ”

Good location convenient to train station. Decent area to walk around for shopping as well. Clean rooms and the staff were very friendly. We were there for only one night so didn't use any of the other facilities.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff”

Staff on the front desk were very good and checked me in quickly. The food at the restaurant was good and cooked freshly. The room was comfortable with good facilities and working internet - which is a bonus. As with all hotel rooms, the air conditioning was temperamental and wouldnt alter temperature - however it was Ok. Breakfast in the morning was good, lots of choices and the staff were very pleasant without being fussy. All in all I would stay again.

Location is great and room is clean. However, one experience summarize my stay at this hotel. I couldn't turn on the air conditioner, so I went downstairs to reception and asked. The guy at reception just plainly said "because it's not working", before going straight back to his computer monitor. I was dumbfounded and reiterated "it's not working for the whole building?" and he just said yes without even looking at me. The kitchen staff serving breakfast also isn't the friendliest people on the planet as well. Overall, I would only recommend this if you're looking for a hotel just across the road from the Porta Nuova station and don't expect anything more.

This hotel needs renovations ASAP or will be close soon. Staff seems nice and tried their best but the hotel seems it stay on 1980s or 1990s. Room are big but creepy and it's because of facilities. The area is safe but it really needs renovations.

The mattress is kind of “water bad” one is moving during sleeping the partner is shaking. ”

Breakfast is accompanied with very poor roles, that should be replaced. Especially when good breakfast choice is few meters away in the train station, and cheaper.

Comfortable Hotel with Good Location”

The room I had was alright. There are no mini-bar options or free coffee/tea making facility. However, it is adequate if you are looking for a somewhat modern hotel near to city centre. It is a crossing away from the train station and 15 mins walk to centro, so if you are looking for convenience, Holiday Inn is a good find.

Nous sommes restés quatre jours lors d’un voyage de tourisme. Le personnel est bien aimable et nous ont bien aidé. Par contre, nous devons notez que la première chambre qu’on nous a donnée était infestée de punaises de lit. La deuxième chambre qu’on nous a donné était correcte mais nous sommes restés déçus de notre séjour.

bon hotel, en plein centre de turin, avec de jolies chambres très bien décorées,personnel très attentionné et professionnel, petit déjeuner très correct, salles de bains très moderne et bien agencées. l'hotel a un parking mais très très très très cher!!!! trop!!! beaucoup trop car le parking est très petit et les places ne conviennent pas si vous avez une berline de taille normale!

l' hotel est situé à 2 pas de la gare; il est à 10 mn de la via Roma; hotel très propre et calme; l'hotel possède un parking ce qui est très pratique; le personnel est courtois; à deux pas de l'hotel, un bon petit resto (à gauche quand on est en face de l hotel);
